This is an interesting mall.
The only time that I’ve really been there is somewhat recently and it was too go to the DMV tag office.
It was a wonderful idea for them to put their location in this particular mall as it seems to maybe have gone through some difficult times.
It is clean and has a decent amount of security, which is a big deal in today’s world.
There is a Jamaican restaurant that is right across from the DMV location that I would highly recommend if you need to go to a DMV office or shopping at the mall to make sure that you visit.
The food was wonderful and very similar to what my auntie who married my uncle always warms my soul when I visit with her food and energy that she puts into it.
I will be doing a specific and separate review for this restaurant but if you go to the mall and you want to grab a bite to eat check this place out.
You can just smell, taste, and then feel how much love is put into that food.
So there’s some unique things with this mall and even though I haven’t checked the whole place out, there is a good bit of the same department stores that are at malls all across the Carolinas.
So I can’t specifically go into detail, I simply have an experienced enough of it to go into any more elaboration.
But from what I’ve experienced so far, I would most certainly check it out again even if I didn’t have to go to the DMV .
Lots of parking and it’s right off of the exit.
I haven’t seen anything negative or anything of concern and that’s why I’m giving it...
Read moreReview: This mall is literally the epitome of what a dying establishment looks like—it’s like a sad, rotting ghost town clinging to its last breath. Half the stores are either closed or “going out of business,” and the ones still standing are just junk shops selling trinkets nobody in their right mind would buy.
But let me tell you about the toilets. Oh. My. God. I wouldn’t wish that horror on my worst enemy. The moment I stepped in, the stench hit me like a physical punch to the face. It was like walking into the aftermath of a crime scene—only the crime was a violent poop explosion straight out of a nightmare. The stalls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since the dawn of time. I couldn’t tell if the brown on the walls was paint or something… unspeakable. I didn’t dare go near the sink—there’s no way it was functioning.
I was desperate, but even then, I thought, “Do I really need to pee this badly?” Spoiler alert: I didn’t. I fled the bathroom like I was escaping a warzone. If faced with the choice again, I’d honestly rather crap my pants.
Oh, and don’t even get me started on the security—because there ISN’T any! I’m pretty sure I could walk out with an entire rack of clothing and no one would even blink. Honestly, they should just bulldoze this mall and put it out of its misery....
Read moreI think this place needs new management...I've spoken with workers from the mall and fellow shoppers, and I believe if they brought in some big name stores, they'd really draw in more crowds. But as for now, with the new age restriction put into place, they will lose more business and eventually shutdown, I have word from several workers at the mall that their stores will also be leaving soon as well. As far as it goes, it's a nice place to hang out if you aren't looking to but much, they don't have much there, some big name stores they have are American Eagle, T-Mobile, Victoria Secret, The Childrens Place, Spencer's, Journeys, Bath And Body Works, Finish Line, Footlocker, Footaction, GNC, and Subway. They used to have Hollister, GameStop, and a couple of other pretty good stores but apparently because of the management, the stores were taken out. I believe if they change management and add in more big named stores such as Hollister, GameStop, H&M, some candy store, Forever 21, some sports apparel place(not the fan sports ones), etc. More urban stores...They'll definitely attract a larger audience and earn the money they should be making. But like I said, it's an alright hang out spot and features an DMV, so that's really the only thing bringing them shoppers. Other than that,...
