If you want to wait in line on a morning weekday this is your store. 2 times Iāve been and my wait was 20 minutes each time with 1 cashier on the register and only 3-4 customers in line. Today Michelle was slow and took forever to bag and scan customers items as Sasha stood by the door watching the line continue to build with only Michelle on the register. Sasha only took action when she noticed customers putting items back and leaving the store. Also the music is horrid and not what you typically hear at the huntersville location or the Steele creek location. If you want an enjoyable shopping experience do NOT go to this location. Steele creek is a short drive and has better more and efficient staff. I timed my wait each time and it is absolutely ridiculous. If you donāt want to work here, please find another job instead of having nasty attitudes with the customers.
