I come here a couple times a week and this place is absolutely AMAZING! I really wish all restaurants had this customer service! Every single employee that I have met here has been so sweet and helpful. They have the best customer service from any restaurant I have EVER been. My order is always perfect! The food always tastes amazing! I’m always satisfied. The restaurant is ALWAYS clean and organized and smells good. But I think the thing I love the most is the customer service. Like I said I order multiple times a week and the customer service is always the same. I can’t say enough good things about this location. And let me tell you I have been to different locations in Charlotte that weren’t that great so it’s definitely the staff and owner of this particular one. New Alert!!!! I received some coupons in the mail for this new location. I had no idea this place was there and open. As soon as we opened the door, all the staff looked and welcomed us in. Everything in the place had a nice tropical vibe from the chairs to the uniforms and the pictures on the wall. I wanted to try something to eat and a smoothie. I went with the chicken bacon ranch flatbread with a kale salad for my side item. The strawberry hibiscus name caught my eye, so I ordered it, too. Everything was really good and prepared well. All orders are cooked to order they even have an app to place your ahead of time. I did see people coming in for their order, and it was ready. If I had to choose between going to the Tropical Smoothie near my house or driving across the state to this location, I’d start packing snacks for the road trip. This place is THAT good. Every time I walk in (or order ahead), my smoothie is ready, my food is actually made correctly (a true rarity these days), and the staff is so friendly.

Meanwhile, the location near my house has me questioning my life choices every time I roll the dice on an order. But not here! This team is elite. I don’t know what kind of smoothie sorcery they’ve got going on, but I sincerely appreciate it. 10/10, highly recommend, and yes, I will keep...
