All females 9/28/24 5pmish the garbage outside of the door should have been enough to turn around but noooo we go in only to be served by this female in filthy clothes and a bad attitude that was putting lettuce into a container. she dropped some onto the counter that was ridden with various foods from what appeared to be from opening, she grabbed what had fallen along with rest of the food that had been left behind and threw it into the container. I had an issue with a reward on the phone, so she immediately gets an attitude and said that the reward thing doesn’t work. she handed the guy behind me his food and signaled him to just go ahead and leave with the food without paying, another woman came from behind the counter to assist me, when she stretched her hands out to touch my phone, all you could smell was bo, when I was finally finished, i could see why, I went into the rest room, there was no soap, the bathroom was filthy just as the rest of the restaurant was. The meats appeared burnt, there was a veggie bowl but no veggie options. The attitudes were by far the worst I had seen in awhile. Great place to eat with great food! However the online ordering I see a whole other story here. Do not use the online ordering here. I work down the street from the store and use the online ordering system to save time while on my lunch break. In reality I get just the opposite. I've done close to 15 online orders at this store and they never have my order ready on time. Most of the time I have to ask the cashier where my order is when there is not a line and to my surprise each time they have forgotten about it and start on it once they realize their mistake. Other times they are approximately 10+ minutes late from the time they guarantee it to be ready. While I wait each time I think about how much quicker it would be to just go through the line instead of using the useless online ordering system. There is one guy who works here with short blonde hair and glasses who does make my food on time every time and is super polite and does very well here but if he's not there you can forget it.
