Their staff dresses and looks so trashy. I can't believe they were chosen to make decisions about anyone else's clothing being accepted. They look like they just rolled out of bed and came to work in the clothes they slept in. Don't even bother to brush their hair, but what else can you expect in GASTONIA? Uptown Cheapskate has way better clothes and their staff look like runway models. Tighten up Platos.

*RESPONSE TO THE OWNER * I see that I struck a nerve. Thanks for proving how unprofessional you are with your response. Instead of taking constructive criticism as feedback, you chose to get offended and tell a customer to go somewhere else. That's typical when you're dealing with a hillbilly from Gastonia. I never said your staff had to be runway models, but brushing their hair and wearing decent attire to work is a great start, especially when you're making decisions about whether or not someone else's clothing is good enough for your store. Do better.

I don’t think much of it. I just got home from there. Drove 20 minutes ONE WAY; so 40 minutes total for $3.50. The employee that I talked with was very nice. I brought in a bag of fairly new clothes that had either been worn once or twice and some that has never been worn. Along with a pair of “Joe’s” pants that had a $158 tag still on it and they gave me all my stuff back and told me the only thing that they would purchase from me was a pair of BLACK KHAKI for $3.50. When I got home I noticed that the pair of very expensive pants were not in my bag. I was told they were purchasing BLACK KHAKI pants, not a pair of BLACK LEATHER pants. I definitely would have never let them go for $3.50! So I was told wrong and they ripped me off. A pair of $158 pants! Are you kidding me? I should have NEVER left my bag with them! I will never return there. As I was waiting I was looking around and in the guys section they apparently had excepted a pair of lime green Nike’s that were torn up and looked disgusting... but my fairly new and some never worn clothes wasn’t what they were looking for. If I could give them zero stars I would because they don’t deserve...

This business had a lot of good deals. I love shopping here with my daughter. The only drawback is customer service. All of the female employees there are not too friendly. Not one of them have came and asked me if we needed help or had a kind words upon checking out, they seem to be really cold and blatantly rude. Since my family is on a budget, this a email is awesome to shop, but when I give them my card for them to stamp or redeem a card for a discount, they seem to look down on you. Even the manager seems to be disdainful. I think they need to be informed that if it wasnt for tjeir loyal customers, they would not have a job. However, there is one gentleman that does work there that is very kind, and has went out of his way to help us. I seek him out if we need help. If he's not there then I don't bother. Our average visit is every 2 weeks and we usually spend between 40 to 100 dollars. Therefore, because of your female employees, I have to give...
