I was really trying not to write a review but after this employees actions for the second time being in her presence were horrendous. This first time probably about 3 months ago for 4, I went in for a new phone. Wish I caught her name but she short with long wavy black hair possibly Spanish, She got very pissy with me because she did not hear me say that my phone was broken and when we got to the part of transferring information, I asked how do we do that when the phone doesn't turn on. She got even more pissy with me and huffing puffing this whole time mind you, because when the phone is already damaged, their suppose to charge you 100 dollars with the so called free upgrade. So she huffed and puffed and put it on my bill no biggie to me, I woulda paid it then if she did her job properly. About 2 weeks went by, I needed my license for something and I couldn't find it. Then I remembered Spectrum lady never returned it to me. I immediately went to get it and she threw it away because they only keep them for 24 hours is what I got told by 3 workers there. OK fine went and paid for a new one. Another incident about 2 months ago I went in to get my daughter a phone. The phone my daughter was using was a locked phone and was broken. The tall skinny black lady said we could just trade it in for the free new S25 phone. I said I can't trade this phone and explained why. Mind you I was already in spectrum and tried to trade that phone and they said it was a locked phone. But this lady is telling me I can trade it and we did and my daughter has a new phone now. Now present day today. My phone is defected. Some reason it's telling me for the last month that their moisture in it and will not charge after it dies. Mind you I have no clue how it got water damage because I'm a homebody and literally don't go now unless I have to. My house is small and my phone sits in my room 90% percent of the time. I go to spectrum and they now want to charge me 100 dollars for the damage on the phone for the so called free upgrade program that I chose to pay extra for but it's really not seeming it worth it. ON TOP of this Spanish chick with the black wavy hair verbally attacking me because I called her out about my license. She then lied and said she tried to call me three times!!! NO YOU DIDN'T!!! Because if you did, I would have went back and got it right then and not 2 weeks later when I notice it was missing. When I called her a liar she acted like a three year old on her phone pouting and turned her back to me while she was in the chair. Then again verbally attacked me as I was walking out the door. My children saw the performance as well as other customers in the store. That store is horrible. Also on the occasions I have been in there, they sit there and bash the customer service agents we speak to on the phone. As you see every time I go in there I get a different story on what is allowed and what is not allowed. They are horrible in that store and I see I'm not the only one that...

They gave me a great deal. I am having difficulty with getting into my iPhone to switch carriers. I went to them they sent me to Apple Apple detailed note what they needed to do so I went back to spectrum they do not want to help me. It will take effort on their part. They just donāt want to do it. They are the most laziest group of people Iāve ever seen in my life, no matter what set of workers you get in there they all end up eating being dysfunctional, not caring and extremely lazy when it comes to truly caring and helping a customer I will lose my iPhone because they canāt go through a few single steps to help me. I have left their crying twice. There is no other spectrum near me which is so sad that yāall cannot get that store to do their job. I have my Internet cable in my phone through them, but I am going to be looking for another carrier. My iPhone is useless to me and so is my service they have put on the iPhone because I cannot use my phone. Itās locked to carrier. I am very illiterate electronics. They donāt want to take their time with old people, they have the knowledge to do what they can to help me. They just wonāt do it so therefore Iām losing my iPhone, I will not give them my business any longer I also took a lady here. I am in a senior apartment, took her up there for them to help her. She almost had an anxiety attack. I thought I was gonna have to call the ambulance. They upset her so much if they cannot do their job or excuse me if they will not do their job shut it down open a decent one in hire some decent people who actually care and want to help service people that are in need. Spectrum is supposed to be well KNOWN for taking care of their clients. I guess yāall have enough clients where you can care less and still make millions. I just went through reading the reviews you have how lazy can you get? I do not think you should have to tell the Customer to contact yāall on Facebook whatever customer service if you wanted to really keep your customers in your business you would contact them at any cost this place needs to be shut down. It has needed to be shut down for last 10 years. I have tried to do business many times yāall offer a good deals but your customer service heās pathetic and itās all right there in the reviews if people will take time to read them before they do business with yāall, but as I have said, I will let everyone I know of your incompetence and concern about...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI did not like my experience here. To be fair, I was already annoyed that I had to come in the first place because it's not down the street by any means. I had been online with Spectrum all morning as well as with my bank trying to figure out why my card wasn't being accepted to pay my bill. My debit card was fine, but Spectrum said their error message stated the account was closed. Mind you, I've had this card for years and it's the only one I use. My bank showed they were running an old debit card number on their back end that was set up for recurring billing, which I never did with Spectrum because be so messy. So messy in fact that a couple of years ago, my husband filed a complaint with the FCC over a billing dispute. That's why I took over paying so he wouldn't have to deal with them ever again, but I digress.
When I walked in the store, the kiosk didn't take my card either. When I was called for my turn at the counter, I explained to the man helping me what my issue was. A lady 2 stations down loudly claimed my card must have been blocked. The man had not even put any information in the computer yet, but I was offended because the store had customers, and I didn't appreciate her getting involved when I was at someone else's station and I was embarrassed. I explained my account is in good standing, I have never has a charge back, and there is no reason that should have happened. Then the man seemed to agree but still had not asked for my information. So I said, "How about you look instead of just guessing?" He entered my data into the system and saw no anomalies. I paid my bill and went home, searched for another company, and picked up a Verizon router the same day. My experience at the store was the last straw with Spectrum! To be judged and embarrassed in front of strangers for something that was not my fault...
