Went to this Taco Bell last night and sat in the drive thru for over 1 hour! When I pulled up there was 3 cars in front of me. They eventually drove off from waiting and I pulled up to the speaker to order. The lady said I one moment and that was at 7:01 pm. I started noticing customers parking and going inside and coming out with food. So at 7:12 pm...still sitting at the speaker....I said Hello. She again said one moment. I asked how am I seeing customers that pulled up after I have been sitting in drive thru, go inside and leave with food? She said that it was Doordash orders and Mobile orders. I said so you guys just going to ignore the customers that's here waiting to order? She responded by saying that they is backed up on orders so yeah! Everyone that was in drive thru behind me left, and now it's 7:33 pm. I back up and drive back up to the speaker and again she say one moment. I backed all the way out of the drive thru to go inside just to find the employees DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!.The girl in drive thru is just standing there in the window on her phone and applying lip gloss. There is 3 people in the kitchen but only one guy making tacos. He and another girl is talking and he going snail slow. Nobody came to the front counter at all! Nobody said a word to any customer that came in behind me. I returned to my car at 8:17 pm with no food and pictures. Mr Taco Bell talk to you on Monday. I just moved here and will NEVER GO TO THIS TACO BELL EVER!.Bad customer service and lies! The staff gave 2 flips about the customers. Where was the night manager? Every job has drive thru times, check yours on 2/8/25 at 7pm....

We ordered Taco Bell delivery through the Taco Bell app from the Hudson Blvd location on 11/24/24. The ordered arrived sealed in the bag. We unsealed the bag with excitement. That excitement quickly turned to sadness, as there were multiple items missing.
No Meximelt. No chips (just the cheese container) No salsa (paid extra for avacodo salsa) Wrong drink.
My son drove to the Hudson Blvd location on 11/26/24 with the receipt and asked for the missing items. The employee gave him a drink cup and went to talk to the manager. The employee returned and stated that the manager said she was preparing food, said she was too busy to make a Meximelt, and would not come out to talk to my son. No refund, no item replacement - just a ‘get lost’.
We are now out around $6, with no recourse other than this scathing review. I wish I could leave a negative review so that I could take away your stars, just like you took away my $6.
Apparently Meximelts require a 30 second steam. Only one steamer per store, so it makes a bottleneck in getting orders out quickly. Some say that is why Taco Bell discontinued this delicious item. I suspect that the manager does not like preparing Meximelts, and sent the original order out without one because it was a to go order.
I want the Meximelt that I ordered (and the chips and avacado salsas. - a little extra item would be a nice touch)

Read moreWhat’s the point of ordering here when the employees cannot follow simple instructions?? I don’t get it. We ordered online and gave them 15 minutes to make it before we left to get it. Barely any cars in the parking lot and no one in the drive thru. They still didn’t have our order ready (it was only food for two people) and we had to wait. When we finally got the order we were missing three items! chips and two different burritos. Also I can’t stand the texture of ground beef and so I always order chicken instead (which is nearly $2 extra btw) and my item was filled with ground beef making it completely inedible for me. $18 meal and half of our things are missing or can’t even eat it. Like.. you have the screen in front of you that tells you everything that needs to be in the bag right? It tells you every preference and choice selected by the person who bought it.. so what’s the issue? It’s incompetent staff I guess because I don’t know how to make it any more clear what I want to order. I expect to get what I paid for and you just aren’t going to get this here. We usually always go here and we’ve had this happen a few times before with maybe one item.. but for 4 of our items to be missing or wrong? The last straw. Don’t go here, you will be disappointed.
