If I could give 0 stars I would . I don’t know what’s going on with location but they have managers there that are from other locations that are completely rude and shouldn’t be in management to begin with. Today I placed an order prior to placing my order I made sure everything was correct. I placed it with a card . Now this location has delivered to my new address at least 5 times already. So I get a call from the delivery driver telling me he’s at my OLD address and I said oh no I made sure the address was correct before placing it and he says oh that’s fine I’m On my way . Mind you the locations are 8 minutes apart but the same papa johns location delivers to both addresses . He never shows up . I call no answer . I call the store and ask to speak to a manager and I get Amber. Amber is one of the rudest unprofessional managers I have ever experienced. I tell her what happened and she says my address doesn’t pull up in a gps. And proceeds to hang up the phone . HUH? So I call corporate and they tell me my address does pull up and that’s the store that delivers there . Which I already knew . Now mind you they’ve already charged my card for my order . Okay so corporate tells me they see the correct address on my order but because of a system issue on THEIR end the updates are not properly going through on the system so they’re having problems. So again not my fault. I got up to the store and Ask why there was no courtesy call made to me regarding my order not coming and she says I have stuff to do and I’m busy I didn’t have time to call you . Excuse me ?? Then she says if we can’t find the house we leave because we can get robbed . Lady what ???? And I paid with my card ?!!!! Are you serious ? And then she says well ma’am you can leave because you’re not getting anything . Excuse me ? Now I can see if I came in cussing and yelling at her but I did not but you’ve charged my card for an order I never received and didn’t call or try to resolve the issue . I ask for the general manager information she says . They are not here won’t be here anytime soon and we don’t give out their numbers . Oh really ?!! Okay now if I had came in being rude and cussed her out or put my hands on her it would have been a different story . But I didn’t . All I’m gonna say is this is clearly an issue with head of the store because the head tells the body how to operate. Amber needs to be fired how she even looks doesn’t say manager it says hobo . And if you don’t like your job then find another one because no one forced you to work at...
Read moreI order from this location often and never have any issues. Usually have the same driver ..he does a good job. I got off of work tonight ordered my usual order …same address. Same phone number. The person who took my order …CHAN who is also the manager notified me my pizza would arrive in 30 minutes. I waited for a hour before calling and he then told me the driver came to my house ..called several times …also said he called my boyfriends number (who was not here at the time and also has no missed calls ). And I never received my pizza. I am very disappointed in my experience and will more than likely never order from there again. It’s one thing to mess up another , but another to continuously lie about contacting me or even coming to my house. The manager CHAN himself told me he called but he told me the wrong number ..and also never asked for my number to begin with.I asked what could be done to fix the problem and he told me he would replace the order and have it out in an hour …by then it would be 12am and I am not one to complain and ALWAYS tip my drivers good….but when asked for some type of compensation considering it was mistake on there befalf..he told me no because he called my number (which was incorrect) himself. Read moreI usually call for delivery however the other day I decided I would go pick up my pizzas as we ordered a handful for a party so I didn’t want a driver to have to carry so many. When I get there I’m approached by a gentleman with the best energy super upbeat and ready to help in any way he could. He asked for the name on my order, found it in a speedy fashion and handed it over with a smile wishing me a great rest of my day. These are little acts of employees that are seeming to be a lost art however this young man has restored my faith in customer service. I thanked him and wished him a great day as well. He told me his name is AJ to which I replied “You have yourself a wonderful day as well AJ. Keep up the good work and positive attitude it goes a long way these days.” Now I’ve really never had a bad experience from this store when ordering. My pizza is alway ready in about 30 minutes and consistent in its taste and appearance. The staff gets you in and out quickly. Today was just a stand out day thanks to that young...
