You guys really just gave me 5 1/2 cheese bites, 3 nuggets, and a half stirred Milkshake, huh? Was definitely not expecting the mouthful of vanilla when I took my first sip of chocolate milkshake.

Editing my old review instead of deleting and reposting because I think it's an important side by side comparison. I've come here 3 times in the past 5 weeks and placed the same order each time. "A 2 chicken quesadilla tray, 1 side chicken nuggets, 1 side fries, and a Reese Cheesecake Milkshake for the drink." I have received 3 different orders each time.

1st: I got 2 cheese quesadillas instead of chicken and an extra drink (sweet tea).

2nd time: I got cheese bites instead of fries and a Cheesecake Milkshake (no Reese's).

3rd time, tonight: I got burnt fries and a Reese's Milkshake (no Cheesecake).

I've also been charged 2 different prices across these 3 visits ($10-something the 1st and 2nd time and $9.62 tonight). This has gotten to be ridiculous. You guys no longer read back the order to make sure it's right. And tonight I stuck around to try to tell the lady my order was wrong and she wouldn't even open the window so I could talk to her after I got my order. Please retrain your staff. I'll be going to Dairy Queen for the next couple of weeks. I hope you get your act together soon. ~ 2020:

I gave this a one based off customer service. I was in the drive thru and it was at least 15 cars in the drive thru so you know music is playing motors are running and so on... nevertheless the person taking my order was getting a little aggravated because they could not hear what I was saying and let me point this out as well Their speakers are not the best because I could barely hear him too. Anyhow, he was being very rude cutting me off not allowing me to finish what I'm saying so once I yelled into the microphone about him being rude all of a sudden he stopped talking for a while and someone else got on the mic. When I approached the window I asked to speak to the manager. His name was Antonio, needless to say Antonio was very nonchalant when I complained about his employees. Seems like cookout need to better their staff. He only said okay when I said I don't like how the guy talk to me and I don't like how he was being rude and cutting me off. Never an apology only the word okay. Antonio was not rude with me but he is definitely not management material. I even told him that I was going to write a bad review and do you think he tried to do anything for me not to, no the only thing he said was okay even to that. I've never known anyone to be especially a manager to be okay with someone standing in their face telling them that they're going to give them a bad review. Who does that.. First off, let me start by saying that my experience at this cookout location was simply fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who welcomed me with a big smile and upbeat attitude. The customer service at this location is on point - staff are knowledgeable, prompt, and empathetic to all customer needs.

As for the food, let me just say that it exceeded my expectations. The menu is extensive, offering a wide range of traditional American fare like burgers, hot dogs, and barbecue sandwiches. If you're looking for something that's quick and tasty, I would definitely recommend trying their delicious shakes! No matter what you're in the mood for, you won't be disappointed by the juicy burgers and savory side dishes at this location.

What I loved most about the cookout on Union road, however, was the atmosphere.
