Saw repair shop at Gil Roys rates an easy 5 stars. I was in Gaylord with a charitable disaster relief organization after the ice storm a week ago, cutting trees that had fallen on houses and driveways, so people could have dry homes and get in and out of their drives and garages. The devastation in the area was widespread, much more like a hurricane than an interior continental storm, and the need for sawyers to do their work was both great and urgent. Early in this deployment we experienced failures of two saws that were beyond our capability to repair in the field. The service guys at Gil Roy's took on the project, despite already being overloaded with work, and somehow got one saw repaired and returned to us the same day, and half rebuilt the other saw as quick as it could be done. Both projects were completed to a high standard of quality, at a very reasonable price, and with calm courteous service, despite the obvious work overload. Kudos to the staff at Gil Roy's saw shop in Gaylord! Thank you for the great service. Your good work helped us provide much needed service to your neighbors, and we are grateful. 5 stars, for all the best...

Today was a heck of a day I stopped buy Gilroy's Today to have some black stain tinted a little darker, They took care of me with no hassle, 🙃 I paid and left all was well I pulled out of the parking lot into the construction zone and found the lid on the paint wasn't on all the way and filled my work truck with paint I went back and the store manager came out brought a shopvac out and we washed and vacuum the paint out of my carpet then he replaced my stains no cost and threw in a new hat because some how I lost mine in the craziness all in all I just wanted to say thanks for helping and...

This store has everything! Pet supplies. You can even create a bird seed mix and pay by the pound. Plumbing, tools, PCV, screws and everything else, mailboxes, slowcookers, toilet paper, garden soil, pest control, spare tires for lawn equipment, mops, cleaning supplies, fishing stuff, mailing supplies are by the front entrance, and candy just to name a few of the MANY items offered.

They greeted us as we came in and asked if they could help us find anything. Since this was our first time in the store... I told them I just came in to look around.

But I did find the style of mop I have been looking for about a year now. See... you never know! Just look around...
