Little Red Barn Door — Local services in Geneva Township

Terrible quality and terrible customer service. Unfortunately, I ordered a garlic keeper from this business. It arrived after a couple of weeks but I didn’t get around to opening it up for at least a month. That is my fault but when I did look at it, the quality was terrible. I mean it was really terrible; take a look at the photos below. When I tried to contact the store via the contact information on their website, they didn’t answer me at all. Next, I tried to use the messaging on their website. They took my contact information and never contacted me. I finally called and spoke to someone who was supposed to get back to me and didn’t. The fourth time I contacted them, I spoke with Victoria who flat out antagonized me. I was the one who was the problem for not returning this faulty item on time. I would have had to pay to ship it back to them - which would have cost half the price of the item which was only $30. I would have accepted an exchange but they told me that all of the garlic keepers were the same, a little flawed - please see pictures. A little flawed would be fine but that is not the case. It might have helped if they were going to stop selling them but they did not leave me with that impression. All they had to do was give me a refund but instead, they (including the owner via Victoria) decided that the fault was on me for not returning the item in time. Do not do business with these awful people. It’s not worth the headache.
