The Olive Mill — Local services in Geneva Township

One of my best friends and I were l strolling around Geneva late in the afternoon and just happened to come across this place. My friend absolutely adores good olive oil - I suspect she'd even put it on ice cream if she found the right kind - so we popped in to have a look.

It turned out to be a great little shop. The Olive Mill is warm and inviting, even homey. Shopping there feels very much like being in a beautiful and familiar kitchen.

I enjoy some olive oils, but I'm not really a huge fan of it. Yet even I thought it smelled wonderful in there. The extremely friendly and helpful gentleman behind the counter described each oil and gave us samples of whatever we wanted to try. My friend, of course, was in olive oil heaven, but even I thought they all tasted wonderfully good.

Absolutely wonderful store featuring many types of olive oil and so much more! They have wonderful and beautiful accessories for any type of a dinner party. Charcuterie boards, serving platters, gorgeous porcelain bread dipping bowls for flavored and herbed olive oils. I love that we were able to taste many of the types of olive oil and specialty balsamic vinegars before we purchased. There are also many types of other food items to choose from: specialty crackers, herbs and spice kits, Italian olives, jardiniera Andand even Italian pasta sauce. I love The Olive Mill in Geneva. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. They are very patient and attentive as well. Each time I go, I learn more and the recipe conversations are the best. The blended flavors and which foods to use them on definitely adds value to the visit. The oils and vingears are really good. I love bring new people there so they get the experience.
