One of my best friends and I were l strolling around Geneva late in the afternoon and just happened to come across this place. My friend absolutely adores good olive oil - I suspect she'd even put it on ice cream if she found the right kind - so we popped in to have a look.
It turned out to be a great little shop. The Olive Mill is warm and inviting, even homey. Shopping there feels very much like being in a beautiful and familiar kitchen.
I enjoy some olive oils, but I'm not really a huge fan of it. Yet even I thought it smelled wonderful in there. The extremely friendly and helpful gentleman behind the counter described each oil and gave us samples of whatever we wanted to try. My friend, of course, was in olive oil heaven, but even I thought they all tasted wonderfully good.

Each time I go, I learn more and the recipe conversations are the best. The blended flavors and which foods to use them on definitely adds value to the visit. The oils and vingears are really good.
