Earth's Natural Treasures — Local services in Geneva

If I could give it zero stars I would. Went there about a week ago and I will not be going back next time I am in Geneva on the Lake. The store itself is a cute little store, sells mainly jewelry, clothing, and crystals. The prices are a little high compared to other crystal shops I’ve been to but the main lady (older woman with grey hair) who owns it or is the manger was very pushy and rude. I was looking at the ring selection they had and asked to try some on to see if I found any I liked. I found one that I liked but when I was trying the rings in the women helping me kept trying to push rings on me and to get me to buy multiple rings which I was not interested in and I told her that. The price for the rings were on the more expensive side but they were all sterling silver and most had some sort of crystal or gemstone in them. The price wasn’t the issue, but the service provided by her made me hesitate on buying the ring. Since it was the first shop I went to that day and have never been in Geneva on the Lake before I wanted to check out the other stores at the strip. When I told her I might wait on the ring and come back her demeanor immediately changed and she was extremely condescending to me and rude about the fact I wanted to look around and then more than likely come back. After her being extremely rude to me I went to another shop down the strip and the woman there was so nice and helpful but not in a pushy way. Definitely am glad I gave my business somewhere else where they pride themselves on proper customer service. Do not go here unless you want...

Sweet little hippie shop on the strip!
