My family and I came to Georgetown for a ski vacation. We decided to rent from Tom at Black Diamond Ski and Cycles to avoid the hassle of having to rent from the ski resort. I am super glad we did. Not only did we save a ton of money but we had a better selection then if we rented from the ski resort itself. Half of my family snowboarded and the other half skied. I was on my way to the mountain to go snowboarding and I needed a shop to tune and wax all my snowboards for the next day and I found this shop while scouting on google. Tom was excellent, he was able to get all my snowboards all waxed and tuned. The results of his work were evident and done to perfection! I have never experienced a better tuning in my life! Though the shop's method of communication is unorthodox, the owner's service and willingness to find the right gear for the 4 of us was very good. He even flipped my bindings when I was unsure of my riding stance for me free of charge. Very well mannered and sizing for us was good!
