I came into this shop yesterday hoping to buy some items. I was with a friend who walked in before me and they assisted her immediately. I sat in the corner by some product waiting for a bud tender and was completely ignored. I went to take a photo of a poster in the shop, and was told to put my phone away, which is fine, however, the only signs they have in the shop say āno texts or phone calls.ā If you donāt want people to have their phones out at all, put up a no phones sign. I was following the rules and told I wasnāt. Your sign is hypocritical and incorrect so maybe you should change it. I live out of state and have never been in to this shop before and they treated me like a child. There were only two people in the shop and two bud tenders⦠thereās no reason I should have been ignored the way I was. I will never return to this franchise again, I was so upset by the disrespect I left the shop nearly crying. Do better. I went to at least 6 dispensaries in CO and was treated with so much kindness and respect, but the men at this shop were horrible. Treated my friend (who is older than me) like royalty and literally talked down to me like a child. Ageist much??? Iām still extremely upset that this was one of my first dispensary trips and I was treated so terribly. I wish I could rate 0 stars. Customer Service is everything and I felt belittled in every way by this...

The cashier gave me a discount then informed me that he āhadā to round up the amount to $20 and would give me cash back for the difference. Felt real shady... but I let it happen anyways. This was the ONLY place in Georgetown I used my debit card. An ATM withdrawal happens three doors down for $20 (+ATM fee) that was not initiated by me. When I saw the charge, I started to review my other charges. The transaction at Rocky Mountain rang in as GE Photography.... very weird. I cancelled my card immediately and tried to reach a GM. Iāve called and been told no manager was in. Left my name and number (multiple times), but have yet to have someone contact me to verify the business name or even report this issue. With this being the ONLY place in town I ran my card, I feel confident saying that my card was compromised here.

Today, I went back to the store and interacted with the same employee. She was very cold, when last time she was warm and sunny. At the end of our transaction, after I tipped, she said to me in a very snide tone of voice, "I'm glad you were able to get over our corporate greed, to shop here again," clearly referencing my review. She does not have the attitude required to deal with even a slightly difficult customer situation. I was nothing but pleasant. It is not healthy to carry a grudge that long over such a minor slight.
