Heads up for those that return amazon and shopâŠ. Amazon return hours close early!! I am disappointed at the direction kohls seems to continue to head.
I was surprised to find that the Amazon return hours are now different from the regular store hours. I arrived at 7:20 PM on a Saturday, only to find the Amazon return area closed. It was frustrating to walk through the store to the back (the rtn booth and customer service) only to discover it was no longer operating during regular store hours as it had in the past. I get the amazon returns can be time consuming for staff but either you are a return location or not. (Like how do I remember or find the new amazon return hours to make sure my trip is during open hours)
What would have helped âŠ.. It would be nice if updated return hours were clearly posted on the front doors to save customers from the extra trip through the store. It would also be helpful if Amazon flagged this during the return process, as I would have selected a different location.
I have used Kohlâs for years and appreciated the convenience of returning Amazon items and doing a little shopping. Lately, though, the store has felt more cluttered and a less customer-friendly feel overall. I have found myself shopping at kohls less and this is another reason to find other go to options. While I may still return here if needed, I will be exploring other return options that are closer, dependable, and...
Read moreI went to the store today because I had some kohlâs cash that was going to be invalid after January 3 we had to make it a quick trip at check out we had two pairs of glasses that were Lauren Conrad on one of the signs it said buy one of them at 20.99 and on top of it had a red sign that said buy one get one for a dollar I asked the cashier about it he had someone check the lady came up said there was no sign I had said I seen it on the second tier with the glasses she then said , âShow meâ ! She was VERY angry, I showed her and she ripped it out of the top of the kiosk where the pop price was showing and told me if you would read all the signs on the glasses it would tell you and you would know, I then said youâre going to blame me for reading a sign that isnât my fault that it was left there, I then said itâs fine and told her she is a very rude old lady, the âmanagerâ (who didnât even let it be known that she was the manager until I asked for the manager) didnât take care of this nor did she say anything to this rude old lady, what an unacceptable way to let your staff act and speak to a customer, when I told this âmanagerâ it was unacceptable and very rude she just said yes maâam ?!? itâs a poor reflection on how the store is ran! We will NOT be shopping at this store again. Which Iâm sure they donât care about since this behavior is aloud , we are just another dollar...
Read moreStore was extremely orderly and clean! Very well organized. I stopped in with only 20 minutes before they would close. My plan was to have tunnel vision as I headed straight to customer service, complete my transaction, turn around and repeat the process as I headed back to my car. Of course, I'm NEVER successful with these missions/goals, not even when I purposely only allow myself 20 min inside the plethora of unbeatable deals. This time was no exception as I left with a bag of exercise equipment. I'm hoping it's an incentive to start working out at home, in my "spare time". HAHAHAHAHA Hey, it at least sounds good, right!?! Sorry Kohl's, I got sidetracked. I do realize this review is supposed to be about you. So I'll recap with this.....The Georgetown location has ALWAYS been in GREAT shape every time I've visited. I don't recall ever seeing it in a disarray. I'm not sure how they do it as I've seen first hand what the public does to their other locations and most retail stores for that matter. Especially this time of year. Nice work upper mgmt all the way through to your sales associates, cashier's etc. Keep doing what you're doing. Your hard work does not go unnoticed! Lastly, a big THANK YOU for your time and effort put forth! Happy Holidays...
