First of all I LOVE Pancheros! This particular location is good but a bit skimpy on the meat etc as they just quickly slap on the spoon regardless of it being barely a full spoon that's small to begin with. My main location was in Mt Laurel. I worked across the street. I've been loyal since they first opened but my company closed. So now I go to the Voorhees location. It's still good but like I said it's a bit skimpy here which alters the eating experience. I also don't get the sense that appreciate me as their customer. I felt good seeing the folks at Mt Laurel but here I feel like they want to be done with my order and move on to the next as another unimportant person no matter the time of day. Which is fine but looking at the total package I wish the other location was close and I miss them so much!
9/23/25 UPDATE
Well I had to call them today after getting home with my burrito that I was really looking forward to....
They put on a HEAPING spoon of a mountain of rice which he had to use his other hand on top to make sure he didn't drop any and make sure my burrito was loaded!
Ok so LOTS of rice....but we get to the chicken and OH BOY !!!! TOTALLY DIFFERENT STORY
OH HE MADE SURE he SHOOK off any extra meat ABOVE the edge of the TINY spoon both TIMES!!!!!
Get to the toppings and that was fine except for the Sour Cream I said lots of sour cream please Because I know they gave a small spoon for that too!!! Especially with all the rice you just piled on there it would surely need more cream at least Nope he dipped the spoon in and dropped about a teaspoon full and looked at me...
So I politely said some more please And again the same SMH....
So I wound up eating a BIG DRY RICE burrito with about 6 BITES of chicken ! For like almost $13 bucks!
THIS IS SAD No wonder I can't get men to love pancheros as much as I do I often order mine alone and they opt for something else...
Also, the queso sauce has changed over the years. Used to be PHENOMENAL 😁 Now it has less of the delicious peppers etc for sure and now it's yellow and has become salty and THICK
YUCK....Fake...
Read moreThis was the first and only time I will ever go to this "restaurant". So in ordering one burrito bowl, and one burrito from here I was extremely surprised at how horrible it is. When I received my food (doordash delivery which makes it worse) I was disgusted to find out how the food looked, felt, and tasted. The first glaring issue, is that everything, EVERYTHING, was soggy. I'm not talking damp with condensation, it was WET and falling apart, almost inedible. The flavors were infact INEDIBLE. Why was it inedible for me? Because I am allergic to cilantro in guacamole, tastes like eating dish soap to me. when I asked specifically for no guacamole, I was then charged for DOUBLE guacamole (on both orders). Right then and there, I CANT EAT IT. The "queso" on the burrito had separated into some oily wet mass that fused the entire thing together into a huge mass of flavorless snot (literally the same consistency that comes out of a toddlers nose). I would sooner walk to Chipotle and get something made in front of me then even bother ordering delivery, or driving to this place again.
Not to mention by the time it got to me (from 1.8 miles away) everything was COLD, though admittedly that is probably doordash fault.
The prices are disgustingly overpriced, for a burrito salad and burrito for $33, no.
Sorry but you lose my business (forever) and you get a terrible review. I wish nothing good on this terrible restaurant and I feel bad for people who think this is good food. If you want fast Mexican food go to taco bell (seriously even if i am joking about this part taco bell is better than...
Read moreI thought they closed later, because the hours on the door say 11 pm. But I arrived at 9:05 pm and found out they closed at 9:00 pm. That's fine, I understand. But the girl who was inside mopping was ignoring me on purpose. Finally she looked up, and I pointed at my order which was sitting on the to-go cart. She picked it up and brought it out to me. I apologized and asked for clarification on the hours. She said "it's been the same since covid." The manner in which she said it was with a lot of negative attitude towards me. I was disappointed at that. I also work in retail, and have had to tell customers that we were closed, but I never give attitude like that. My mistake was honest, and I apologized. I did not give her any attitude on my part. This isn't the first time that I've noticed poor customer service and attitude from the workers at this location. They are lucky the food is good, because based on their customer service they don't...
