I've been a member for about two months now, and I'm honestly blown away by the progress I've made in both strength and form.

Over the years, I've worked out at several gyms and trained on my own, but I was looking for something more—both a challenge and a sense of community. I'm always smiling as I walk through these doors and every time I leave, I feel stronger, accomplished, and more confident. I absolutely love this place and can't believe I waited so long to join!

It's always nerve wracking to try out a new gym, new community, and new ways of moving. Am I actually going to get stronger? Will I know what's going on? Do they actually know what they're doing? Just over a year ago I walked into Better and attended a free class, signed up for the unlimited membership the same day, and haven’t quit yet! I was overweight, self conscious, afraid, and had a handicap placard so I could park closer to walk at times. This gym, the members and staff’s expertise has proven to me that life only gets better when you DO. I’ve lost a significant amount of weight, gained unimaginable strength, and can do whatever I set my heart on without any pain.
