I have experienced pretty awful customer service every time I have gone here. The women at the front counter could not be more bored and uninterested. When I spoke on the phone with one of them about my Rx, she started talking over me so I asked her to let me finish. When I was done speaking, she was silent until I said "Hello?" and then she said, "Are you done speaking now?" in a snotty tone. When I went in to pick up the Rx, both women were stone-faced. One was silent and the other turned around abruptly to root around in a drawer for my Rx. Then she put it in a bag and said "Here you go," without checking to confirm I was who I said I was, or confirm what was in the bag or how much it was. I said nothing and walked out. And I will never be back. Planning to have my ND send it ANYwhere else next time because I always walk out of this place feeling worse, when REALLY, I should feel better. Just really disappointed that this place is such a bummer. Let me say this: I'm a friendly person. I wasn't rude to the woman on the phone. She was just speaking over me in a condescending way, repeating something she'd already said and not stopping so I asked her to let me finish so I could explain (I'd called more than a week before to order, they said they'd call my ND on one of 2 Rxs, and then when I went to pick it up at the scheduled time, they only had one bc my ND hadn't returned the request. So I called the ND and it still took their office another day to approve it {which is a separate issue}, and THEN HHA said it'd be another 5 days. I said that wouldn't work bc I was on my last two pills. What SHOULD have happened is that they should have contacted me when the ND didn't respond so that I could have called them, don't you think?). Anyway, really terrible interaction overall. It seems like they must be someone's daughters or nieces or something because I don't know why they'd actually HIRE anyone with such non-customer-service personalities to sit at the front desk and represent their brand/company. Read moreEvery time I call or go in to pick up my rx I’m more and more disappointed. The front desk staff are consistently unfriendly, cold, often downright rude, and treat customers like an inconvenience simply for being there. Even at times blatantly ignoring customers standing right in front of their desk. In the year I’ve been going there, I have never had a positive (or neutral, for that matter) experience with front desk staff. Initially giving them some grace and the benefit of the doubt (we all have bad days, right?) but this has become a pattern of poor customer service amongst several staff - and without any reason or justification. It’s gotten to the point that I dread calling or worse - walking in, holding my breath that I’m met with someone with adequate customer service skills. At the least, someone who doesn’t treat me like I’m a burden inconveniencing them. It’s disheartening and concerning that these behaviors and way of treating people has been tolerated by management. Read moreWould be five stars except for just really not what I would expect as far as customer service goes when it comes to prescriptions and the importance of what that means for people. I have stood waiting in front of the desk waiting without so nuch as a nod of acknowledgement whike 2 people had a conversation with one another and there was nobody else around-( no customers and no phones ringing) for more than a few minutes which I found pretty strange however I've been in the customer service industry for over 30 years so maybe I'm biased . Also though there's been confusion about whether or not we've filled there before when we have. Trouble with locating our files, not being able to find things or charging the card that they said that they wouldn't charge. . So perhaps there's clerical issues that need to be retrained and so forth but other than that I've had no issue with them.. they Have not had issues or delays when it comes to the actual filling of the meds so that's ultimately the most important thing.
