Found this store when I moved to the PNW 3 years ago. It has always been a favorite. Love the merchandise. So, why a 3 star?

The change is staff. I live 45-60 minutes away. This was a “destination” for me. A joyful little trip. I loved working with the staff, they knew me and were friendly. Had a great eye for right clothes for a body shape.

Now….non-inviting. Do NOT know the product. No-one asked “are you looking for something specific”. And I actually just got called out by an employee because she thought I was too direct on my last visit (this goes back to the staff not knowing the product). It’s the first time I walked out without making a purchase of some kind. Normally my purchases are $200 -$800.

I hope the owner reads this and gets curious…..
