Delicious ice cream but the service was not very good. My son ordered a milk shake and she said it would take a little bit of time - no big deal and understandable, milkshakes are more time involved - we didn't realize she meant she was going to serve other customers before even starting his milkshake. My dad, who treated us (and gave her a 20% tip), went to ask about the milkshake and she offered no smile or a simple gesture of good customer service, she just said something about how she already said it would take some time. Sure! But we didn't realize you meant you were going to ignore his milkshake until you helped five or six other people! Finally, when all of us were done with our ice cream she presented it to us without a smile or ANYTHING remotely related to customer service ("so sorry for the wait!" smile). Nothing. Then proceeded to turn around and roll her eyes at another employee.

I used to work at an ice cream shop. I understand it's tough when you get a milkshake and you still have a line. But you finish an order - a paid order - before moving to the next. And, of course, if something takes a little too long (the whole family is done before the little boy gets his milkshake) at least acknowledge this with a smile and an apology. It...

We went for a drive out to Gig Harbor and were craving ice cream, and I’m so glad we found IceCreamery! I ordered a single scoop of the Peach Cobbler (peach ice cream with peach preserve and a spiced crumble) served in a fresh waffle cone bowl. Let me tell you, I hardly ever go for waffle cones because they’re usually too big—but this one was perfect. The waffle was fresh, crisp, and just the right size. The ice cream itself was so creamy and flavorful, with just enough peach and crumble in every bite. Honestly, I wish I had gone for two scoops! But im just being greedy, the one scoop was quiet large.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. My only feedback is that the ordering area could be improved—it wasn’t clear where the line started or where to pay, so it felt a little unorganized...but who cares, its worth it.

Overall, delicious ice cream, great people, and definitely worth stopping by if you’re in Gig Harbor....

Truly the best ice cream in the PNW. Yes, that sounds like hyperbole or exaggeration but it's not far from the truth. If one can create truth from opinion. However .... in my opinion, eating ice cream for over 60 plus years, this Gig Harbor destination is worth the drive.

I was just there a few days ago. And enjoyed a wonderful cone. Was inspired to write them but ... life happens. So here I am, I just finished a double scoop of Molly Moon's in Seattle. Though MM was considered a solid local favorite, my immediate impression was "there is no comparison to what i experienced at screamery".

Amazingly creamy. Fresh. High quality ingredients. Farm based. Priced fair. And wonderful customer service.

The folks who own this place also are exemplary Restaurant owners and know the business.
