My complaint isnât because of the flowers, itâs because of the customer service I received. The first time I called to inquire about an order, the lady I spoke with seemed very offended that I had an all in budget of $30. I decided to call back and place my order anyway and received someone much nicer who took my order. I was told that my delivery would be dropped off no later than noon, since it was to a school. I received a call at 1:30pm saying that my delivery was going to be late and if they could deliver at a secondary address, if they couldnât get to the school before it closed. The flowers werenât delivered until 6:30pm that night at the secondary address. When I called the following day to speak to a manager about what happened, she was inconvenienced that she had to speak to me on the phone when I called because she was supposed to be leaving to go to another location and I couldnât speak on the phone again until 2pm, which was my lunch break at work. She only listened to my complaint at that time because she gets off work at 2pm and didnât want to call me then. She did refund the delivery fee without me prompting that part of the conversation. I live out of state and was trying to support a small, local business to send my sister a yearly bouquet for the first day of the school year.    Read moreI live on the East Coast and I wanted to send a Christmas flower arrangement to my Aunt who lives in Gig Harbor, WA. I did a search of florists in that area and found Williams Flowers and Gifts. Their Christmas floral arrangements were beautiful. I found one that I really liked. I called Williams and the woman I spoke with was so pleasant and helpful. I told her which arrangement I wanted and she mentioned that due to floral availability some substitution may be needed but it would be very similar to the arrangement I wanted. The next day I received a picture of the arrangement from the floral designer, Sara, asking if I liked the arrangement and if there any changes to be made before it went out for delivery. The arrangement was beautiful. It was the same style and colors and absolutely no changes were needed. My Aunt called me when she received the flowers and loved them. She said they were so beautiful. I placed the order to arrive the Friday before Motherâs Day, but they arrived the day after Motherâs Day leaving me scrambling at Fred Meyers on Sunday to find an arrangement that proved to be better looking than my almost $100 arrangement from Williams. When I called on Friday after they didnât arrive, they assured me they would arrive on Saturday. On Saturday when they didnât arrive by 5 pm, I called again and was assured that because of the bad traffic they would appear by 8 pm. Still, no flowers for my wife. On Sunday, I called the shop and left a message which was returned on Monday. I asked to have my order canceled which they agreed to. Late that Monday, the flowers arrived, a very small and unflattering arrangement.
