At 10:01 this morning, Andres responded to my presence after a couple of minutes wait. The store wasn’t busy. I asked about drip coffee. He told me there was nothing available but Pike and it was so old they were throwing it away and brewing a new batch. He cautioned me that would take a long time. I ordered a pour over. He told me it would take time. I agreed to wait. I am unable to drink the other beverages. It took him some time to even start it, while going through tasks that did not involve clients’ orders. I checked on the progress with another barista, Vanessa, expressing concern that the coffee would get cold at the rate this was going. Already 20 minutes had passed. She disagreed. Said it would be fine and take a while more. Again I waited, then noticed my cup had disappeared. There was another cup on the other side of the frame. I asked what had happened to my pourover - apparently they spilled creamer on the side of the cup, so they transferred it and added more water to the filter to top up what they lost. Finally, after 35 minutes, it was ready - a cold, disgustingly murky swamp with grounds around the perimeter of the cup, and barely a sign of the creamer requested. I asked for my money back, and took my generous tip back. There was no apology.
Starbucks, you should be ashamed of letting these poorly trained people provide service. I will be going elsewhere in the future. I should have...
Read moreCame in today at 4:32PM, light traffic, one person ahead of me, just a handful of people at the store.
Four staff "working", taking their sweet good ol' time to do who knows what. The guy who rang me up would not even greet me, his "don't wanna be here" attitude was palpable. You could smell the sour smell of "quiet-quitting" in the room.
Ordered one drink. Just one.
Waited 10 minutes, saw three people come and go. One guy was doing the small line that had just formed and when he realized how incredibly slow service was he simply turned around and left.
The girl who was delivering drinks would not even call out a name, she would just sit the drink on the pick up desk as if customers were supposed to guess who the drink was for. Pathetic training or just quiet-quitting?
13 minutes into this sorry Starbucks experience I finally called the guy who had taken my order and told him I wanted a refund and got the refund at 4:45pm, a total waste of my time.
Took my business to the local coffee shop down the road where I was serviced in three minutes! Definitetly do not plan to come back to this Starbucks for a long,...
Read moreAlready standing in line for 10 minutes.. while Barista is with customers in front of me. Barista has finally noticed me there.. then tells me the customers in front of me were the last ones for the day... My jaw hit the floor. He was the only one paying ANY attention to customers AT ALL. One young lady.. sweeping around me, another in front of the Espresso machines.. stocking cups and lids. And UPS making a delivery.
All I wanted was grab and go chips. The customer in front of me actually offered to buy them for when your barista said she was the last customer. I said no thank you to her. Then I stated loud enough.. I've been standing here in front of you for TEN MINUTES! You should've said that when I walked in the door. OR LOCKED THE DOOR. What a joke for CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I've been in Customer Service and Retail for over 35 years.. And you DON'T treat, or speak to people that way. I will NOT be returning to your location..
Just appalling disregard for a very loyal customer..
The Staff and Baristas at this location need to...
