Refused to give me the refund for a canceled delivery order. I paid for the order and changed my mind to reduce the amount of balloons just 5 mins later. The girl who took my payment said that I have to come back to get the partial or full refund to meet the owner because she does not know how to do it. But she also does not know when the owner will be at the store. Then she started acting weird, gave me the evil look and didn’t not want to make eye contact with me. Immediately, I asked if I can cancel the entire of the order and get the merchant receipt that I signed. The girl refused. I asked a few more questions; like if there is another options or suggestions. She made some phone calls to the owner and talked a little (I don’t know what they talked in Spanish). Then she said she will give me the full refund and we do no more business with each other. Sure, I said OK! Now the girl magically knows how to give me the refund. Hah what a drama with...

I am really happy with the service that was provided to me , I wanted a bunch of balloons 🎈 to take to a friends place since she recently delivered a baby boy . I would rather give my money to small businesses then party city .. the girl at the counter was very helpful and well informed. She did a great job with my bouquet of balloons. She decorated it so well with different color ribbons . The store is well stocked with party supplies and have tons of piñata 🪅 small or huge ones a lot of decorations as well .
