Tacos El Grullense Jal — Restaurant in Gilroy

My family and I had been stuck in traffic for 1 hr and were coming from the beach heading home. We decided to stop and eat dinner here. It was a group of 8 which we had to use the bathroom as well. We asked to use the bathroom and noticed the employee was bothered. We all placed our orders and service was not too long until we noticed they placed our order incorrect. They added an extra meal which we never received and they missed my son's meal which we had to stand in line for another 15 mins to get fixed and 30min after received his order. We were all done eating by the time he got his. The employee was acting rude while correcting her error when it wasn't our fault. We felt unappreciated specially since we were a large group that were willing to spend our money here to have dinner. The quality of the food was OKAY. The one item that my family did enjoy were the tacos. We don't plant to stop at this place in the future unless we are craving tacos and a good agua...

Avoid this location.. Eployees rather sleep than help you out! We called in advance at 7pm, no one answered even though their page says they close at 9pm. We went in person ...After asking if the establishment is open, and waiting to see if there were actual people working or not; the cashier came out from the back, wiping his eye bugers and drool off his face. No wonder the place was empty, no employees were there to greet our party. Or answer the phone... The cashier came out looking like he woke up from deep sleep and wouldn't answer our questions. His behavior and appearance said it all, its a shame this is the standard service and cleanliness level costumers get. Needless to say...

This place use to be the best. I went yesterday with my husband and we got some tacos a burrito and their nachos. Their nachos had thin chips, the cheese was the can one not the shredded, no beans and skimp on the meat tons of tomatoesand sour cream. It looked like taco bell nachos. The meat tasted very weird. The tacos were gross, meat you can tell was bad as were the carrots that I had to practically argue for. The tacos had everything I asked them not to put.
