I had a broken hdmi port for my Xbox series x. I scheduled an appointment at Best Buy to get it fixed and when I got to the appointment the geek squad employee told me they don’t work on consoles. This was clearly not true according to the Best Buy website and in general it was a bad customer experience.

I found DC Tectronix online and called to ask if he can fix consoles and has availability. He quickly answered and told me to drop it off at my convenience. I spent a few moments telling him what was wrong with it and he told me he would take care of it. It was probably the easiest and quickest experience I’ve had with any sort of tech support.

A day or two later I picked up the console and it looked brand new. It works perfectly, it was affordable, and communication was as simple as texting a friend. My only regret was not paying him more for excellent customer service and technical skills.

My advice is come here before you waste your time somewhere else. For me it’s about a 40 minute drive a way from my house but it is 100% worth it. I will be going back for repairs on other devices that I might need in the future. Thank you...

Customer service was amazing. I had an iPhone that was crushed and wouldn’t turn on. I brought it to another local repair shop and they told me they could not fix it and suggested I send it to a company in California that specializes in recovering data from severely damaged phones. Well, I called them and they told me $2500.00 - $4000.00! So I did nothing, for almost a year, until I stumbled across DC Tech looking for a place for my son’s Xbox repair. When I dropped off my son’s Xbox, I asked him about my phone. He said he’d give it a try. When he called to tell me my son’s Xbox was done, he informed me that my phones circuit board was cracked and sent me photos. At this point he said he was going to need to acquire a donor circuit board. Well, he came through and was able to recover all 12K of my lost photos and videos. I was so impressed and happy at the same time! The best part?! He only charged me $400.00!!!! I will be using DC Tech for all my future repairs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and honest company to service and repair your electronic devices!...

If I could give more than 5 ⭐️ I would! The personal level of service, customer interface & turnaround time, low price as well as supporting a local growing business... seriously, take ALL your electronic needs to DC first.

Trying to get my ps4 pro in for a much needed tuneup & had called multiple ubreakifix locations, kept getting told it'd be multiple days to a week turnaround cuz they contract with phone companies & that comes first over gaming consoles. Why would I wait a week to game??? Plus I live outside PDX so multiple trips... then I called DC Tec, dropped my ps4 with him on the way to the nephew's basketball game, went to lunch with the fam & picked it up on my way back! On pickup he also showed me pics of the work mid-process so I had no doubt about how it looked inside.
