The meat is great, would have given five star but the guy behind the counter was rude to pretty much everyone in the shop.

He got frustrated at one guy who didn't know what he wanted and got frustrated at me and my friend because we wanted to pay all together instead of separate tabs. You would think that was easier for him, but since it wasn't what he expected, he was irritated because we had to correct him when we saw him only ring half the order. It's not like they were busy even.

Really an outstanding selection of meat. I like what they did with the place in terms of decorating and renovating. I used to go there back when it was The Sausage Kitchen. That being said, what a god awful name for the place. The wurst market? Really? You're just hopefully relying on people knowing that means "sausage" in German? You like sounding like the "worst" place? Like it's a fun little play on words? It's not fun. It's stupid. And that place has a long legacy going back to the 60s with one family owning and operating it and you turn it into a joke....

Holy meat man! The cuts were top shelf and the owner was knowledgeable and helpful. Bacon and sausage also very good. They have a good selection of brats. I bought one kind but haven't tried it yet because I've already eaten about enough to get the meat sweats but I'm sure it will be quite tasty. Do yourself a favor and remember to get some pepperoni sticks on the way out. Delicious. I recommend eating them in front of your children and not sharing because they don't pay rent and you disserve it. Bonus points if you keep eye contact, evil cackling...
