One word: Yikes.
I have been going to this location for a while now after work since it is convenient and right next to my work. However, after tonight I will not be returning.
It's a shame really because all of the staff has been actually really great whenever I see them, and one crew member (who I sadly don't know the name of) that always works at the first window is fantastic! The assistant store manager "Chona" however, is a total different story. She was extremely rude to be on the phone after expressing a concern and turned the blame on me for something they had messed up on and then proceeded to hang up on me twice (I have a recording of one because I was in disbelief from the first).
Now you may be asking "well AJ, having one bad experience with someone isn't a reason to write a bad review" and you're correct! I have had issues with Chona in the past as well!
A few months back I had made a online order and was picking it up curbside. On the text message I had indicated that I was driving a Black Honda. My order ended up going to a different black honda (I didn't realize that there was more thane black hondas or I would've been more specific). When I called and told them what had happened, Chona came out and told me that it was my fault because I didn't tell them which Honda. Come on... really? You didn't think about verifying the name that's written in big bold letters? or at least verifying the order? Don't blame me for something you did wrong, Chona.
Anywho, I won't be going to this location anymore. I like all the crew members and they all have been great but Chona has ruined it for me. Might be time to do some auditing of assistant store managers and moving things around because the childish actions that Chona showed me shows that she may not be ready for such a position. I will being following up with Mike the store manager and will escalate it to cooperate depending on how my recorded interaction with Mike goes.

Read moreSo, I pulled throught drive though after a 10-15 min I understood it was lunch time but after already waiting when I go to order the cashier answers quickly and I ask her to repeat the first option she gave after I asked a question about the menu and I could her attitude through the speaker but I figured okay maybe it’s just because I count hear her, I get up to the window and the card reader isn’t working and as im trying to tell her I can tell at this point she is annoyed, after she takes it back with my card to run it she returns my card I’m going to put it back into my wallet since she doesn’t have the food yet, this takes me under a minute but about 2 seconds into I hear “M’AM, M’AM!” After her attitude with the speaker, the card reader, I tell her give me a minute, before I can even look at her she leaves the shake I ordered on the counter and says “fine I’ll be back then” Two minutes!!! Allow me two minutes to put my card away and then I wait until she hands me my food, and I tell her I hope she has a better day because obviously she was having a rough one!! My advice maybe don’t take It out on other people who haven’t done anything to you beside ask you a question and order food, also You really ADD THE B TO BRITTNI, BRITTNI! I hope you see this and get an attitude adjustment! Because our transaction was so awful that even after my 10 hour day and an hour commute I still felt the need to write this review !

Read more⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐UPDATED TO REFLECT AN INCREDIBLE AND UNIQUE EXPERIENCE 06.20.2022 Last week I stopped by at about a quarter after 11:00 am and picked up a good old-fashioned Burgerville cheeseburger. It was one of THE BEST, if not THE BEST fast food cheeseburger ever! It was cooked to perfection: nice & juicy and it actually had a lovely flavor and texture. Many times fast food burgers are overcooked and dry so I end up avoiding it, for good reason. Gladstone Burgerville has earned my 5⭐star review! UPDATE: I was out and about and gave in to my craving for another 🍔 cheeseburger.. I am delighted with my experience this morning. I have kudos to the team for the exceptional experience I have last week. When I pulled up to pay for my order in the drive-thru, I was short 25¢, the cost of the water I ordered. I fumbled around looking for an extra quarter but unable to find one, embarrassed I asked the cashier, Oliver, to remove the water from my order. Without missing a beat Oliver pulled out a personal debit /credit card and paid for my water! I am continually reminded of the love and kindness, respect and humanity in our communities. I hope to always hold this memory to lift me up on dark days or on those occasions when I begin to lose my faith in humanity.
