I visited to inquire about repairing a 21-karat gold necklace and bracelet and had the pleasure of speaking with Bonnie and Elias. Both were exceptionally kind and professional. They carefully assessed the pieces to determine if a repair was possible, but unfortunately, the damage was beyond repair. They thoughtfully recommended that I visit the jewelry storeI purchased them, as I had previously experienced issues with items breaking.

I felt compelled to leave this review due to their honesty, helpfulness, and excellent customer service. They even took the time to untangle my necklace and pointed out another area on the bracelet that appeared to be at risk of breaking, advising me to inform the jewelry store about it.
