Jose Gonzalez I have had many problems with my phone today I came into the facility and I needed help with my phone camera options all the pictures that I was taking were very blurry it was not because of my lens being dirty I tried on my own too fix the problem and just made matters worse I came in to see my friend Jose at customer service Mr Gonzalez is amazing whatever problem I have he comes in and he helps me I walked out of the building each and every time and there's been many times with my phone acting as though I had just but it that day I asked him where I can go to let the company know what an asset he is to the company he is always courteous never gets flustered always willing to help always has a smile on his face and I tried to leave a smile on his face in a couple of giggles and laughter when I see him and I always give him compliments because he deserves everyone I hope somebody recognizes him he is a gym he is a diamond he's the kind of person that you would want to be working for a company he has good customer service skills whenever you go into the store you always feel like when you see him your problem will be resolved no attitudes floating in the air for your questions that you have for your lack of knowledge he is knowledgeable with these phones that we have today and we need people like him I hope that somebody will recognize him one way or another truly he should be recognized my name is Mrs Matthews my number is it's such a comforting feeling to know that he is with the company and if I have a problem I can call and see if he's working on that day take my phone in and walk out with my phone acting as though it is brand new everybody should have this experience when it comes to a phone it makes you want to stay with the company because you can get help when you need it that is Mr Jose Rodriguez a man that will help you whenever you need it he is an asset to your company and I just want you to know...

After multiple trips to this store with phone problems and no resolution, I entered again and Roberto was working. He was extremely helpful! He was patient, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with in backing up and preparing my phone to be sent back for a replacement. When my new phone came in a few days later, I was delighted to see Roberto when I entered the store. He recognized me and offered to help! Again he was the perfect depiction of customer service! I had numerous questions and he not only patiently answered me but he was kind and we even laughed which put me at ease with my lack of technical knowledge! I really enjoy the help from Roberto at this store. But the other workers are not it especially all the managers. They leave him alone and don’t back him up when there are rude customers. I don’t understand how they can just let an employee take all this rude and disrespect from customers and not do nothing about. I’m surprised he hasn’t left and gone to give his experience for way more pay! Really disappointed in cricket and I wish I could talk to some manager and let them know which I’m sure they know about but won’t do...
