Second time I have been screwed by this location, so decided to detail what has happened. This time I placed a mobile order at 5:08PM saying the order would be ready by 5:23. Get to the restaurant and the doors are locked (chose in store pick up), so got in the drive thru line. Get to the speaker and say I have a mobile order for Patrick, no response. Then hear them talking to each otherâŚokay okay have him pull around. I do and already know what is up, they havenât even started making my order. I now sit at the window for TWELVE more minutes until my food is finally ready. I get home and Iâm disgusted with what we found. All the fries (4 people ordered them) were stale and COLD. Iâm not talking even room temp, they were cold. The 5pc tender my aunt ordered, the chicken looked petrifiedâŚdark in color and frankly disgusting looking. The 8pc nugget I ordered was only 6 and I stopped eating them after two, because the third one I bit into was black and tasted like trash. The biscuits in every meal were hard as a rock. I almost never write reviews for anything, but I hope this helps save at least ONE person from a horrible dining experience. BTW, contacted the store and spoke to the manager, useless and he actually hung the phone up on me.

I was driving my personal vehicle and could access their driveway the first time and purchased the Ripin' Chicken Box, I LOVE THIS ITEM, my next purxhase the following week was The Flounder Sandwich. This afternoon, Friday, February 5, 2021, I was driving a Commercial Vehicle and of course this won't fit into the drive-thru, I walk and enter the building, COVID RESTRICTIONS DON'T ALLOW FOR SIT DOWN BUT THEY DO ALLOW FOR LOBBY ORDERING, not this location I was told they don't do the lobby service, mind you doors unlocked, ni signs to this affect. I leave and patronize another business. They tell me that this particular site has been doing this for 2 months. I nicely contacted Corporate....my thing is yes, there's a drive-thru but BUSINESSES everywhere would relish your business ans becauae a person may not have a personal vehicle to access the drive-thru You Turn Them Away? đ¤đđ Really?? I asked for the number one, she asked if I wanted spicy or not and I said, I told her I wanted french fries for my side and a lemonade, she said we do not have lemonade what kind of side do you want? I told you I wanted french fries for my side if you don't have lemonade how about the one that I just saw on the sign the mango, she said we don't have that either, I said okay just give me a sandwich and french fries, she said okay do you want spicy or regular?
