Taco Bell — Restaurant in Glendale Heights

Was here tonight and the staff forgot 5 items of my order THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE THERE. Then when i called the service number (3 times) to inquire about my missing items, all I got was a high pitched squeeling noise and was disconnected. The food i did receive looked like some one threw them on the floor. Unbelievable. $23 dollars completely wasted on awful service and food.

UPDATE: Went back to the location to receive my missing items and the same guy who took my order gave me attitude at the window about my missing items then when he brought them out the side to give them to me he said "here." And practically threw them at me. A Mr. E. Mendoza needs to be disaplined or fired. He has zero consideration for the customers whom come here and makes the business look bad. I work in the food industry, but never have I been treated so badly, especially because of an error on their end. Ridiculous.

I guess it's time to find a new Taco Bell. I eat a lot of fast food and go through a lot of drive-thrus -- at a lot of restaurants the drive-thru is notoriously unreliable. However, I've been coming to this Taco Bell for years . . . YEARS . . . and until recently I could count on one hand the number of times they got my order wrong. In my last three visits they have doubled that. In three visits they've gotten my order wrong four times -- that's right, in one visit they got the same order wrong twice. I order ahead using the app which removes one source of errors, but most of the time the problem isn't that they got something wrong on the order -- they just handed me someone else's order which was nothing like mine. It's unbelievable -- time to try out a new location. Out of respect for the great run we had up until last month, I gave them two stars . . . at this point they really don't...

I was at the Glendale Heights IL store on North Ave and the "manager" Eric a young punk was so unbelievably rude. I told him I had called about an order that they screwed up about a month ago spoke to a manager and it was a female. He said well we have for managers here. He went into the office came back out with a clip board saying I don't see anything I said ok now what his remake was I don't know what to tell ya, I said well better think of something he says I don't like your attitude I said well I dont like yours either he said good you can leave or I will call the cops and they can escort you out.
