North Star Liquors — Local services in Glendale Heights

I walked up to the counter to ask the cashier (Maybe owner) if I could retrieve a case of beer I’ve seen in the store for a while, and I believe I was mislead to believe the case had already been bought. The individual seemed perplexed that a case was still left and assured me someone had already bought it (Same case I’ve seen in the same position for weeks if not months). I believe I was lied to so that it could be sold at a higher price to someone else. This sucks considering I told a lot of my clients about how this place is truly a hidden gem. I honestly don’t know if I could recommend this location...
