Subway — Restaurant in Glendale Heights

Subway is a complete rip off totally false advertisement. The sandwiches aren't even close to what the pitcher looks like when you ask for extra condiments they want you to purchase them when even the extra. Condiments don't even come close to what the pictures look like. The amount to meet is absolutely false advertisement. For as much as they charge and as little as they give basically your pain for bread. You call the corporate office to complain they no longer let you speak to a human as well as any extension you dial they don't answer and say that. You're calling i'm nine business hours when it is business hours. Everything about subway is false advertisevent don't waste your time or money especially the one in glendale heights. But I have found they're all the same so don't even bother going to subway unless you want to pay ten...

A decent run of the mill franchise operation. We've been here a couple of times when out and in the area. The facility always has been clean when we've visited and the employees have always been pleasant. As far as Subway franchises go it is above average. Cleanliness definitely goes along way! The food has always been fresh but it seems like all of the locations are really trying to cut back on portion size on the sandwiches, like putting almost no sauerkraut on the Reuben and putting lots of lettuce and less meat than in prior years, but I guess that's more of a corporate business model to increase profit than anything else. I recently visited this Subway location and, honestly, the experience was disappointing. I noticed that the prices here are noticeably higher compared to other Subway branches, even though the menu is exactly the same. It just doesn’t make sense.

On top of that, the customer service wasn’t great. The older gentleman who helped me was rather rude and didn’t smile or show any friendliness at all. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but when you work in customer service, a little kindness goes a long way.
