Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Glendale Heights

We've visited this particular location a couple of times. It seems that customer service is hit and miss which can be frustrating, especially when there are lots of other options of where to go and spend your money. Over time the quality at all of the locations seems to have diminished. Whether the quality has suffered due to the over expansion of the company and mass production of product I'm not sure but the quality is not what it used to be, it's unfortunate. The last time we were in we were just going to pick up a couple of things for a party and the stock level wasn't the best and the customer service was average at best. We ended up going to another business to get what we wanted. We will visit this location again and give it another shot because we have been frequenting Baskin...

I have been coming to this location for specialty cakes for quite a few years now. I drive past a few Baskin Robbins to come to this location specifically because both management and the employees have always provided me with amazing customer service. The owner is involved in the operation and is just such a nice person. The staff is very professional but most of all, they are just all so nice. I could get the same cake made at any Baskin Robbins, but it's well worth the drive to this location to know that what I am wanting, will be done right, and that my little bit of business I give them is appreciated. Do not go to this location. Cones are stale. Another customer had a stale waffle cone, and the red-headed worker refused to give her her money back, then she offered her $1 back. The red-headed worker said they just made the cones that morning lol I had two others with me and all three of us had single scoop on a cone. Two of us had the flat cones and the other one of us had a chocolate dipped cone. All three of our cones were stale and old. I got the peanut butter and chocolate ice cream and the ice cream was melted and was not like the typical ice cream flavor like the other locations, like a cheaper...
