EDIT: Reviews are done as a way to show your experience, so I will continue to review places, jewelry stores included. (thank you for the recommendation though) I am not sure about the clarification, as I did mention that you didn't offer to resize the ring when it lose, photos included. And the clarification about my ring is also unnecessary because I mentioned that also. I didn't ask for the resale value of my ring, I asked how much would it be to sell it now that it was sized wrongly and being a pinky ring it may not endure a second adjustment. Instead of reviewing people's history, maybe focus on bettering your service as I am clearly not your only negative review.

They have decent jewelry in the store. (A little pricy, but good looking pieces) I bought one of their rings, they didn’t offer to resize it or see if it fit right which I guess it’s okay. I had another ring to resize and the charged me $40, again higher than most but that’s fine. Except that it was smaller than I had requested. Again didn’t offer to fix it. I asked them what it would be just to sell it and they said $40. At this point, I am dropping off jewelry to them for free? They are more suited to Armenian clientele that is looking for engagement rings or much more expensive items; which there is nothing wrong with that, except that I asked if they do repairs for small jewelry and they said yes. I proposed with the ring purchased at Nancy's Jewelry at the Dodger Stadium. Instead of a fly ball out in left field somewhere, by the look on my fiance's expression, I'd say I had hit a home run.

I chose Nancy's Jewelry after I stopped at a few jewelry stores both large and small. I even browsed online. Nancy's Jewelry was just right.

From the instant I entered through the buzzed-open door, I knew it felt right. The woman cleaning the counter was my first great impression because she smiled and greeted me warmly and with her eyes which sparkled like diamonds. Then I was greeted by a woman who assured me that my stress from all of the choices out there would be abated.

After I gave her my general idea and price range, she showed me a ring that was more brilliant and larger than I had come across in all my research for the price. When I took a closer look at the setting, I saw the ornate design of a unique ring for my honey! The smaller diamonds surround the main diamond and even cascade down the sides of the setting.

I observed how intent the associate was on getting it right for me. I have the ring on my fiance to prove how right it was.

The whole experience was brilliant and felt tailor-made for me. I felt it was a miracle that I found Nancy's Jewelry. I hope it doesn't take a miracle for you to go check out the amazing and highly polished diamonds and other interesting jewelry I saw in the other cases that were carefully polished by the friendly woman...
