With very little access to Armenian food in our hometown, my husband and I always make a point of trying Armenian restaurants when we're in LA. Caravan has good reviews, so our expectations were high, but our experience surpassed even those. I got the veggie platter because I like tasting combinations of foods. The lamb chops, gyro, and fish are excellent. However, the customer service while friendly needs some work. I started frequently coming here and ordered the same thing all the time. Yet, somehow they would try to charge me differently even though it was the same people ringing me up everytime I came in. This became very irritating. My family and I have been enjoying the meals at Caravan Restaurant for years. We've done takeout, catering, and dining in. I can't say enough great things about this restaurant and the owner.
