I had a very mixed experience at this location. The woman who originally took my order (I wish I could remember her name because she was outstanding!!) was terrific! She gave me an additional discount and made substitutions for my order. I truly appreciated her assistance! My issue happened when I went to use the restroom. As I finished using the restroom I realized that there were zero paper products in the bathroom! No toilet paper, no paper towels and not even an additional toilet seat cover (I had unwittingly used the last one in the way it was made to be used!). None at all. Being a female you need paper products in the restroom! I am trying to be as tactful as possible when I write this... Being a female, I had an additional obstacle to contend with in the restroom that day and with no paper products I was now really in distress. I sat in the bathroom yelling for assistance as well as I could and even though the restaurant was virtually empty (except for my friend I had come with) no one heard me. My friend finally came to check on me after about 20 mins. I told him the situation and he asked for assistance. The manger refused to unlock the door to allow my friend to bring me toilet paper. He said that they don't have keys to the bathroom (which is just completely unbelievable!). I explained that I couldn't get up from the toilet due to my current condition. The manager just laughed and still refused to unlock the door, even after I told him in graffic detail what would happen if I were forced to walk across the bathroom. So I finally had to get up and walk to the door to get the toilet paper from my friend. I left the bathroom incredibly angry and told the manger that it is ridiculous to have a sign in the bathroom saying the facility is checked every hour for it's condition when that obviously isn't true!! The girl who finally went to stock the bathroom with toilet paper didn't even know how to change the roll! Which shows how little they actually take care of the restroom. I waited for almost 15 minutes, the manager could not be found. The girl came back to the counter and said the manager was not in his office. I was asked to come back later. I told her that wasnāt possible. The order that I placed was only for myself and I insisted that my money be refunded. My money was finally refunded. When I was walking back to my car I saw a man in the parking lot. I approached him and asked if he was the manager. He said that he was. I explained to him what had just happened. He told me how he was having problems with the drive-up menu, that it was not working all day that he had to have an employee stand out there. I told him if there was such a problem with the drive-up menu, if it was not working, than close the drive-up. There were no customers inside except me. There were three employees behind the counter and one outside taking orders because the drive menu not working. Then the manager told me that he was there since 7am (the time of my visit was about 3pm) and he was talking a break. I told him that I under stood that it was important for him to take his break, but there should always be someone behind the counter who can refund money and the employees should always know where he is. So they donāt have to go looking for him. The manager and employees at this location need additional training....

We stood outside in the rain, as the doors were locked, and one employee gave us the "just a second" sign. But then after a couple other employees ignored us, we went through the drive thru. We asked about the lobby; (which had two people sitting at one of the tables) and we were told by Abe (Manager?) that the lobby was closed as they had been robbed recently. We suggested taking down the taped signs implying the lobby was open, (Enter Only, Exit Only, Masks must be worn inside, etc.) and replaced with a "Lobby Closed" sign. Abe didn't respond, just handed us a bag. We started to pull away and realized it was only part of our order. Asked about the other half, and it was thrust out the window... no sorry or anything. Asked about our missing drink; same thing. We will be driving to the other store across town...
