This was not the place to go and ask for help if you don’t fit in with this area type of folks they don’t want your kind here as if they are better than you and they know it, I only come to this storeif I have a return item for amazon, since my bad experience of waisted time of waiting to be help to find a item that showed online they had 9 in stock and when I got the employee to give me her evilness miserable help only to lye about the item being in the back of the store and she will try calling for some one to bring it up another 15 min pass and she said they might take hours to find and she then walk to the front f store to some dressing room located by the front entrance disappears for another 10 min came out and said yea I’m sorry I just went to check my self and their is too much boxes to go threw maybe try Monrovia I left and order online and came back same day 2 hours to pick up that item that was not easy toFind. I came inn with dirty clothes that day only to be disrespected treated as if I was nothing but yet Im not a over weight heavy fat man & working in the HVAC industry FOR OVER 14yrs Is not my first time experiencing this after working underneath a residential home. That day I was too tired &!hungry go home to clean up then drive all the way back to Kohl’s when I was already here leaving H D STORE across from kohl’s only came to deal with this lady’s BS, came for one item that wasn’t on the store floor and this woman was too lazy to go get it avoiding me by telling me she’s going to be a while She’s with a customer but literally would do whatever avoid having to help me by ignore me an even the customer ask her to go ahead to help me out while she looks more and she wouldn’t this was a insane day experience here at this store. this the reason why she’s big heavy woman and works at kohl’s making min wage yearly ignoring people just like me. & My yearly wages take care of my family and 3 of my good working helping friends & familys, figuring out why she so missable is it because being a heavy weight woman or cause her yearly wages working at kohl’s is the same amount I paid Uncle Sam last year. Went for back to school sales they had online, they had higher prices in store than the exact same items online. The register was reluctant to ask the manager if they would match their own online prices. When the manager arrived. She was already shaking her head "no" before we even spoke our question. She was dismissive and rude to both me and my wife, and barely make eye contact before saying "we do not price match". I explained they were Kohl's own online store, to which she said they don't even match their own online prices, then stood and stared without offering any further assistance. I asked if I ordered the item could I have it sent to the store for pickup, she said they could do that no problem. I asked what the difference between honoring their own stores online prices versus ordering the exact same product and having it shipped is. She said they don't price match, and offered that's why online outlets like Amazon are killing their business.

Went today 8/8 around 8pm for back to school shopping with the little ones in my family. In the girls section my little niece was excited throwing up a shirt she was buying (which she bought). An associate by the name Rosio came asking if we needed help which we kindly declined then she stood around basically lingering around us then another female associate came Rosio told this associate we were making a "mess" with the shirts. When we got to the girls section the shirts display was already a mess, I was doing them a favor by folding and making the area more cleaner prior to Rosio showing up. Then the other female associate stayed in the area lingering as well pretending to be on a phone call on the scanner device (🙄).

We go to checkout where Rosio is now. She kept rudly staring and telling something to another associate named Michael. Our turn to checkout and Rosio once again tells Michael something and he goes "which ones" while staring right at us, which is why I know it was about my family.
