Glendora location: Poor Service, poor servings. I was craving the grilled salmon and I’ve been going to the West Covina location once a week for about a month now. I was close to the Glendora location so I thought it would be the same since it’s the same company. Well I was wrong. Everything was just different. Terrible customer service and it wasn’t even busy! They use chopped salmon instead of a whole salmon. The serving was terrible, I can could the number of the salad leaves, cucumbers, and edamame because they didn’t even put enough. They forgot or didn’t even ask if I wanted the flakes and sesame stuff they put. It was a lot saltier maybe cause they use a pump system for the sauce and the fact that it didn’t have enough Salad and rice. Don’t get me wrong, I would go again but just not at...

If I could provide a negative star I would. I understand that pricing is going up on food and so forth but reducing and not proving what you advertised is not the way to go about it. I purchase $18 Dlls (with tax) large bowl but only received the amount of food for a small bowl. I have no problem paying the amount but if I’m not getting what I’m buying its not okay. First time I went there it was around 3-4 PM and the sun was shining through the glass directly on the raw fish on the counter. I doubt that the fish on top was kept at the appropriate temperature to prevent bacteria. Next time I went there, I made sure to go there as soon as they open. They make my order and the sauce was too salty. I asked for the house spicy sauce and all I could taste was soy sauce.
