If you eat here more than me, you have a problem. Are my orders wrong sometimes? Yes. If I call them they will fix it immediately or give me that plus something else on my next visit.
The food is normally piping hot. You've got two horrid Wendy's nearby, a Sonic that is disgusting and McDonald's that are ... cringe. These guys got new management about 18 months ago and it shows.
Is it always perfect? Heck no. It's fast food. It's the best fast food restaurant on MacDade though. Not close. I go there and my order is warm and right 90% of the time. Chick-Fil-A? 30% of the time.
Thumbs up to them. Also, if you tell them they are slacking, they take it to heart. I pulled the manager aside because a drive thru person rubbed me the wrong way and he took her off drive thru for a few weeks.
People need to stop and think. These people don't make much. If they're putting in that much effort, you need to realize these little things are a big deal. You go work that hard for $8.10 an hour.

Read moreThey don't "do refills" as the woman behind the counter said. Plenty of BKs (and other fast food restaurants) that have drink fountains behind the counter will refill drinks. I don't think I've ever been to one that doesn't. I don't know if the employee just didn't want to or if they are told not to, but after spending $15 on each meal, to refill the small soda that was mainly ice and would cost the company $0.12/cup shouldn't be an issue. Please respond when the owner has a better profit/customer service balance.
The fries and onion rings were barely warm, I assume they were pre-made and left sitting under the heat lamp. The burger my husband got must've been sitting for some time too because the bottom was completely stuck to the wrapper.
My only compliment on this location: The dining room was very clean, and as soon as someone left, an employee did go wipe it...
Read moreSadly, if you have a problem with the app or with the purchase of items to complete a challenge and their app doesn't work, they're customer service is surely lacking. It's happened to me three times this past year and every time I contact their customer service, there's all kinds of the runaround and they don't pay attention. You explain the situation repeatedly via text message. Mind you or emailed that. You never speak to a live person and they always give you the same sad story. They can't help you. What's the point of having a customer service system that doesn't work? They don't help. My solution is to go to the competition. McDonald's, Arby's, Wendy's, KFC, churches, Popeyes there are so many other options. I don't have to stay loyal to a brand who's not loyal to me. So see ya...
