I was looking to purchase a sapphire ring with special setting characteristics that I couldn't find in any jewelry store so I decided to get the stone and have the ring custom made. I wanted to try a local business and after reading Hank's reviews, I visited his jewelry store and I am very pleased I did. I mentioned to him what I was looking for and although it was something he has not done before, he took the chance and helped me through the process of selecting the appropriate ring for the stone I had. He did his best to come out with a beautiful ring and I could not be more satisfied with the way it looks and fits. Hank was incredible with this whole transaction! I had to have a ring cut off because as a gardener in Yorktown it kept getting turned around in my glove. While I was waiting, I noticed this Yorktown ring that Hank designed ☺️ He told me about how this beauty came to be, measured my thumb and made it for me. I'm beyond delighted, it's beautiful and fits perfectly.
