BB Nails & Spa — Local services in Gloucester Township

Hello everyone, today was the first time I have ever entered the this BB Nail & Spa. "Not A Pleasant Experience!" That's for sure. I got a pedi and I wanted a full set, got the Pedi done by a nice man, who was then cut off from finishing my Pedi when a woman walked over to him and told him she'll finish my toes. She even had a polish in hand, when I told them No Color. (She apologized and went about her day) The next person was Ms. Ngo (Co-owner?) She was to do a full set, but she keep receiving phone calls, while she was finishing up with the lady before me. She then receives two more phone call from the look of her phone it send Boss calling. I told her nicely go ahead and answer. She did, finished and start to do my nails, not even fully Done she get a call again from Boss and tells another person to finish my nails. At the point I looked at the hand she done and I Was Not Too Pleased! When I first arrived I informed Ms. No I was in No RUSH. I could of waited for the next employee to do my nail and not leave in the mild of a full set and then have someone Try to finish it. I came to find out, she left one salon to help "THE BOSS"

While the salon is aesthetically pleasing the customer service is awful!!! When I first went I saw a few women of color walking out after being mistreated and I thought it was an isolated issue but later found through my own experience that is how all people of color are treated. If you make an appointment you will be subjected to waiting hours even with an appointment or having it rescheduled. Also be prepared to be grossly overcharged. Not to mention my nails chipped within the first week every time I got them done. When bringing this up to the manager she was extremely rude just like she was to the ladies who walked out. Would not recommend unless you want to wait and also be overcharged...

Walked in for a pedicure for my first time today. It was a young man doing my toes. It was very mediocre. Can’t say anything was out of your norm. I will say the massage pressure on my feet could have been harder. I didn’t get a full experience bc I didn’t want the soup they used on my legs. I would think he would have made up for it on my toes. it was Very little effort from him. Paint job was good. I came with a friend who also got a pedicure and the girl doing her toes was very attentive. Asking questions to make sure she was comfortable but the guy doing my toes barely spoke. I give 3 stars for atmosphere. Price...
