Taco Bell — Restaurant in Gloucester Township

Ordered through the app and chose to do drive thru. Saw this kid handing the car in front of us a giant bag of food and two boxes, and I thought to myself "Huh, that'd be funny if that was my giant family order". Gave the guy our name and he said "What?" and he didn't realize you have to match the name to an order. And he admitted he LITERALLY GAVR THE CAR IN FRONT OF US OUR ORDER. You don't just hand out random orders to customers! You have to match the name and/or code you're given, let alone ask if we ordered on the app or not. Manager had to come out, apologize, gave us a bunch of coupons (we're not using them, I'd rather have gotten the refund, and re-make our entire order, including the one they said wasn't "on the list". Was so frustrated with this, and they just piled everything into one bag (not the separate boxes/craving boxes they should've been) and ended up STILL missing an order. So one person didn't get any food and I felt so bad, I gave then my order. They were sweet and at least gave me a bag of one of the " crushed to hell cinnamon twists". One person tried one of the new chicken tacos, it hardly had chicken in it and most of it was fatty. The tacos and chalupas barely had meat in them.

Poor customer service and the quality of the food I received was a disappointment. The tacos I received seem like they were sitting out for a while because the soft shells were sticking to the paper when I opened them. Also, I was told on the speaker to pull up to the first window. When I pulled up to the first window the girl was inside counting money in the register and didn't even acknowledge me. After I sat there for 5 minutes she finally opened the window and asked me to please pull up to the next window. Customer service at fast food establishments in this area has gone down drastically outside of Chik-fil-a. This Taco Bell is getting worse by the week.

So we went to this Taco Bell for the first time (New location), my order came to 29.86 - waited almost 20 Minutes inside. When I came home with order, the tacos were soft and torn on bottom with a slight lining of meat- filled with lettuce sour cream few tomatoes and sprinkle of cheese - cold. The Mexican Pizza was over heated and cool - didn’t even look good to eat. I wanted to call the store and tell management about my order and there is no phone number to call. So I called another store for it, and was told they do not have a phone number.
