The lady in the drive-thru is rude. Initially it didn’t start out that way. I had place an order on the app. I went through the drive-thru she said to come in to get my mobile order. No problem that’s totally doable. I go in no one is inside and she tells me my order isn’t ready. Doesn’t tell me how much longer it’d take. Doesn’t seem to be anyone else except her, slowly employees started coming out. One to grab a drink another to assemble what I assume to be their lunch. Not a problem obviously they need a lunch. One person was working on the orders. Didn’t seem like there was much rush as no one was in there except me. I had employees asking me if I was waiting to place an order. I started countless times I’m just picking up an order I placed on the app. There was an order sitting by the counter which I assumed was mine. A couple minute go by no one is really preparing an order from what I can see. By now it’s been 10 minutes since the order said it was ready. I go outside to turn off my car since it seems it’s going to take a while despite there being no customers. The drive thru lady follows me out. She has an order in her hand and very rudely tells me it’s mine. I tell her I stepped outside to turn off my car as it seems like it was going to take a while. She tells me all they had to do was put the sauce in there. 10 minutes to put the sauce into a bag? Personally her attitude wasn’t it. I’ve worked retail and food service before. The customer isn’t always right. But there was no need for the disrespectful attitude from her. I’ve had better experiences in the past with one gentleman in particular. I don’t quite remember his name but he was great. He gave me an estimate of how long it would take instead of the drive-thru lady who just curtly responded your order isn’t ready. He was respectful and kind. I just can’t fathom how it’d take less time when my order was bigger than and it’d take longer when my order was smaller. And even when my order was bigger there were more people in the store. This time with a smaller order there was NO ONE in the store. Frankly I don’t think I’d be visiting this store again. I can see why they have such negative reviews despite being so new. While I do think some of the employees are great. The drive-thru lady left a bad taste...
Read moreI went to buy my lunch at this KFC and when I arrived they told me that I couldn't pay with a card, only cash. I was waiting there for 30 minutes and the 2 employees were only collecting and receiving money. They didn't give receipts to the people who were before me. I ordered 2 combos and a soda in a bucket. I asked for a Pepsi-flavored soda and they gave me what she wanted. I told her to change it and the lady who said she was the manager got angry. Apart from that, when they gave me my order, they forgot the sides and she got angry when I asked for my missing food. I figured because it's a new location the staff would be friendly and nice. It was the complete opposite. When I pulled up to pay for my order the staff opened the window and reached there hand out... didn't ask for my card... tell me how much it was... or even say a single word. I pull up to a completely empty line only to be told they are out of chicken sandwhiches... i ordered chicken Littles because that's all they had, only to be told to wait in the parking lot for my meal. I was out there for over 20 minutes...
Again let me be clear the drive thru was empty... the most frustrating part was that I was just in the lot waiting and I see 3-5 staff through the windows chilling on their phones in the lobby...
What is even going on... if I was an owner of a restaurant I would surprise visit my new location often and ensure this did not happen...
I'll go give business to the other location.
It got so ridiculous I asked for a refund... the manager just gave it to me and didn't even apologize or ask why..
Never got my food and I'll never be going here again.
