I ordered a 3 topping large deep dish pizza from this dump about 2 months ago as takeout.
When I got home, I was disappointed. Technically it was a 3 topping large deep dish pizza. However, not one piece contained 3 toppings. At most they each had 2, and by 2 toppings, I mean; each piece had only 2 individual pieces on it.
Personally, I live the taste of the deep dish pizza.
I decided to provide them the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps someone was new, or having a bad day. Maybe the person making the pizza received done horrible news concerning their family, or friends. We are after all in a pandemic.
About a month ago, I decided to give it another shot. My sister was going to bring home an ordered pizza. I ordered the same 3 topping deep dish pizza. When it arrived, I was just as disappointed if not more so than the previous pizza. Three of the pieces contained only 1 topping. The rest of slices contained only 2 toppings per piece. Let me be more precise. When I state that 3 slices contained only 1 topping, I mean 1 piece, 1 item on the slice. The others containing 2 toppings, contained 2 pieces of the 3 ordered toppings. It's as though no toppings were ordered.
Screw me once, shdmf in you. Screw me twice, shame on me. I wrote corporate concerning this situation. I never received a response.
The pizza itself tasted awesome, they always do. But, I paid for toppings I barely received. I dill order deep dish pizzas again because I love those pizzas. Additionally, it's the closest store to me. There aren't any other stores closer, and I can't order delivery. In this day and age, I would expect there to be s store closer to my Atco home. Covid caused the shut down of the store which was lose enough for delivery.
From now on, I won't order any toppings. I'm not going to pay for non-existent toppings. Because they seem unable to include ordered toppings, charge for them, and have non-existent customer service, just order your pizza without toppings from this store....
Read moreI’ve never been in a situation before where I had to leave a bad review at a chain pizza restaurant before (you know what you’re getting) but I’ve never dealt with a situation like this before.
I placed an order at 5pm for the game. 1 pizza and 4 sodas. 30mins later I’m informed that my order is being passed to DoorDash. Whatever. 20 minutes later the food arrives. Completely wrong order. Wrong pizza. I call and inform them after waiting around 5 minutes (again, no big deal). The guy on the phone let’s me know that a new pizza is being prepared and will be sent out to me.
It has now been an hour and 10 minutes and the food hasn’t arrived. I called the store to find out the situation and a female associate answers the phone. No joke…the conversation goes like this
Associate: “hi , pickup or delivery” Me: “hi!, can I please speak to the store manager?” Associate: “No” hangup
I don’t expect amazing service, but I expected some sort of professionalism. I’m not sure if I got sent to a call center or not but if that’s the case …then the company needs to stop penny pinching and outsourcing the only form of human communication you have with the store itself.
This was Wild. Won’t be getting from this...
Read moreYour call center is atrocious and it’s not just one time from my personal experience. We have ordered delivery and 2 hours later still didn’t get our pizza. Talk about frustrating when you call to check on your order but you constantly get rerouted to call center and not talk to the store that’s actually making your pizza. Or how about the fact that the call center has no way of checking your order once it’s placed. Today (1/20/23), I called the local Pizza Hut to order pick up at 529pm. Again although I called the local number it sends me to a call center. When my wife went to pick it up at 6pm they had no order under my name/number. The women who took my order via phone sounded like she was at home with dogs barking in the background. Thanks Pizza Hut for trying to save a buck on staff and outsourcing your call center. I believe it is in Florida so staff and call center have a huge disconnect. Not because of the distance but the fact you don’t allow them to communicate with each other. I will say that the staff at 511 Berlin Cross Keys were very accommodating and apologetic to my wife. It wasn’t there fault and we understand that. Do better Pizza Hut because you have been around long enough to...
