Worst customer service and return policy that I’ve ever encountered. This first time shopper is a last time shopper now! If I could, I would rate this store ZERO Stars! I went in hoping to find a decent drawstring ponytail, and only found one fake-looking, poor-quality (overly shiny) choice, that was a shade off the stated package color of # 613. I was in a jam, so I bought it because the beauty supply across the street in the ShopRite plaza, was unfortunately out of stock of the equal shake and go ponytail I love. Btw the store next to King’s Liquor’s is easily 4.5 Stars). It frayed and tangled after 2 days. They failed to put the nose rings I bought into my bag, and when I called the next day to inform them of this, they asked me to come in. I went back 2 days later, explaining that they likely dropped behind the counter, I was told I must've dropped them in the parking lot outside, and that was not their problem. They were NOT in my bag!!! Today, (two weeks after my $75 purchase, I was told that two unused lipsticks I purchased weren't returnable after 7 days!!! Even drug stores take makeup returns! Unbelievable!! Happy customers are NOT a priority at COCO Beauty! We are clearly their last priority! Keeping your money is!! Helping ensure this is the worst return policy EVER! Last night I found this place online and attempted to check the place out and see what they had really quick to check out certain merchandise and grab some prices to compare with the beauty supply shop I usually go to. I'm not going to lie it was late when I learned about the place on Google however I don't live far so I thought let me go look really quick. Anyways I'm on Berlin Cross keys Rd and I saw a sign for beauty supply on the right (in ShopRite plaza) drove in and I didn't see it. Then I rode over to the Acme plaza across the street and saw it. When I parked it was 8:56pm and the open light was off. So I ran up to make sure that Google was right that they closed at 9pm. As soon as I get up there to look at hours all the lights inside shut off and it's not like I had to park far away. I stood there for a minute thinking how odd it was and I looked to see if I could see anyone but saw noone. When I got back to the car it was only 8:58 pm. I used to go across the street to the "other" beauty supply store all the time. I actually live about the 25 minutes away and accidentally found out CoCo beauty supply was opened when they first opened. I've since frequented the store several time and each experience of visiting the store, I've always had a great experience! The staff is very friendly, helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable about each product. Infact, I just got off the phone with one of the staff to ask a question and they gave me a price over the phone. I'm actually going to the store today, (which is Sunday, please keep in mind, most hair stores are closed on Sunday's.) Me, driving 25 minutes to go back to this particular hair store should tell you this store must be a consideration if you're thinking about trying them out. Especially since I'm driving the extra distance.
