Average at best. The reviews for this place were high and so were my hopes and expectations.
Food: Miso is SO SALTY my daughter couldn't eat it. My spicy miso was not as salty, but not much flavor besides spicy from chili. Not a good variety of options for ramen or other food. We tried the jalapeno poppers, they were ok. Also some sort of chicken pieces in a seasoned breading/flour. Not very good. Tried Rayaki fries. Essentially just waffle fries with chili flakes/oil and some other seasonings. Not impressed. Taro milk tea was good.
Service: First time here and we weren't sure how ordering went. After a while of sitting there and no one coming over we realized there were paper menus on the table and you are supposed to check of what you want on that. I asked the waitress some questions about the menu items, but didn't get very helpful descriptions.
Over all, the prices and food weren't great. We spent almost $90+. Atmosphere was cool. Save some money, go next door...

Read moreThe service here is terrible. The staff are inattentive, unprofessional and make you feel rushed throughout your visit. In addition to my time here, I saw them mistakenly prepare a customer’s order as takeout. When the customer pointed it out, the waitress continued to hand him the takeout bag and told him he could sit down and eat it. Seriously? At the very least, they could have taken the time to re-serve the food in a proper ramen bowl, as the customer originally desired. Save yourself the trouble and skip this location—head to the Glassboro branch instead for a better...
