Gloucester Crossing — Local services in Gloucester

We were their about 9pm on a Friday. Ì ordered the big Mac combo and a quarter burger meal 2 sprites and 2 ice cream cones. Drove around to pay the lady at the window and wait for our food well we got the cones first, send the drinks and then the two sandwiches with you french fries. Upon eating one french fry I discovered they were still frozen. My Big Mac felt like it had been just wrapped up and put in the refrigerator. I asked the driver to go back and he said no I'm not that kind of person. Wow so those items I told you that I ordered was almost $27 so yes I expect to get what I ordered and warm when I get it . when I'm paying the same price as I would to sit down in a restaurant. Needless to say I did not go back in and around. Employees need to realize that they are representing who they work for. McDonald's started as a small little hamburger joint and their treats were coloring books. They've come a long way!...

Finally filling in with new stores. Has a CVS, a Market Basket, an Ace Hardware, a Marshall's clothing store, a Petco, liquor store, 3 cell phone stores (Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T), a Starbucks, a pizzeria, and a Dollar Tree. Cape Ann YMCA is immediately adjacent. Also a Lahey Health urgent care walk in clinic. CVS has a drive thru pharmacy window. There's now a physical therapy clinic too. Great small town mall with all that you need like Ace hardware, hair dresser, Market Basket for groceries and a Marshall's and Home Goods store. The mall is actually expanding and added an emergency room and Starbucks to the mix. Would have preferred an independent coffee shop but I know many needs their Starbucks. This being New England there should be room for a Dunkin' but otherwise it's pretty complete with a liquor store and pizza place...
