Firing Up Pizza and Grill — Restaurant in Gloucester

It's been 2 hours and I still haven't received my pizza which I understand why because of a parade today. However the very rude girl that answers the phone every time I call said I could not get a refund or credit to my card. She said I could not speak with the manager because he's Portuguese and doesn't understand English. I told her I don't mean to sound like a b i t c h but it's too late for the pizza now. She told me at first I could not get a refund and refused to give me her name or let me speak with the mgr. Because of this rude person, I will never go back to this pizza place in Plano and reporting them to the BBB! Whatever happened to the days when the customer was right? I'm not upset that my pizza hasn't been delivered in over 2 hours, I understand but it's not my fault and she never should have refused to refund the money and been so rude talking over me. I plan on going up there in person to talk with whoever owns and manages the place! What a shame there are rude people working in customer service like her. If she was polite and refunded me the money without telling me no, it would have made all the difference in the world. She should not be working in that position. She obviously is not...

Chicken broccoli Alfredo was over cooked and sauce was just plopped on top and super thick. Side note I wish they would add a “note” option for the online ordering!! I ordered 2 chicken finger dinners online I called the store within 10min of ordering and asked for them to put extra duck sauce the girl was very nice and said yes I can add extra to your bag. Got my food and there wasn’t any duck sauce at all. So I called the store and the boy who answered told me the driver left before I called asking for extra. Which is complete bs because I called within 10min of ordering and he stated the driver left at 6:30 when I checked my call logs it shows I called at 6:09 so there was still a good 20min before the driver even picked my food up. I worked for a similar restaurant and duck sauce was automatic with chicken fingers maybe they should consider it. I couldn't be more unhappy. On their online menu the one on their website says 5.25 for a 6" pizza. I get there from lunch at work to find out that they changed the price and the only indication was a sign on the door. It was more than twice the price on their site.

How does one see the sign on the door when ordering and for lunch at work at a specific time as I told them when I called??? Anyway not only would they not honor the price on their own website, they wasted most of my lunch break refunding me.
